We are delighted to add this two-bedroom villa in the village of Islamlar to our portfolio for the 2023 season.

Islamlar offers scenic views in a village setting with rustic restaurants near by and is only a 15 minutes drive away from Kalkan.

The villa is laid out over two floors as follows:

Ground floor:

The entrance door opens into a large open plan living space with an L-shaped sofa and armchair set around a coffee table.  There is a large Smart TV as well as table football. Sliding doors lead to the pool terrace.

The well equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, built in electric oven and microwave, gas hob with extractor fan, toaster, kettle and water cooler.  There is also a kitchen bar with two stools and an integral dining table that seats 4 comfortably.  Sliding doors lead to the pool terrace.

A cinema room can be found just off the living area with a sofa and 2 armchairs plus a large TV screen that also offers a DVD player, a music sound system and PlayStation.

There is also a cloakroom / WC on this level for guests' use.

First floor:

This level has two bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a large double bed with a Jacuzzi bath within the room.  There is an en-suite shower room with twin basins and a picture window with integral blinds.  Within the room is a wardrobe, dressing table with stool and two comfortable chairs with a small coffee table as well as a wall mounted smart TV.  Sliding doors lead to the balcony (shared with the twin room) which has two chairs and a coffee table with panoramic views of the mountains and Kalkan Bay with the islands beyond.

The twin bedroom across the landing can be made into a double on request. Within the room is a wardrobe, a comfy chair with side table,a  wall mounted smart TV, a dressing table with stool as well as an en-suite shower room that also has a picture window with internal blinds.  Sliding doors give access to the shared balcony with breathtaking views.

Outside the villa:

The pool terrace is accessed via the ground floor living area and can also be reached via a flight of steps from the street below.  The rainbow coloured pool has an integral Jacuzzi with steps leading into the pool on either side, as well as two stools within the pool on which to enjoy a drink while taking in the wonderful vistas.

Around the freshwater pool are 4 sun loungers with a parasol.  There is also a comfy sofa set and dining table with 4 chairs with a build in BBQ to enjoy al-fresco dining.

To the side of the villa is a wooden balcony with ottoman seating beneath a pergola with views across the mountains and village below.

Table tennis is also provided.

Points to note: 

• Pool towels are provided for guests use
• WiFi internet connection is provided
• All rooms are air-conditioned
• A weekly clean and linen change is carried out (so if you're staying for 2 weeks, you'll have a mid-stay clean and linen change. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
• The swimming pool is approximately 11 metres long, by 4 metres wide and 1.5 metres deep.
• There is a cot and high chair available on request (please bring your own bedding for the cot)
• A hairdryer is provided in each bathroom
• There is a covered garage on street level
• The villa has an alarm system
• Can be booked in conjunction with Villa Kuzey next door which also has 2 bedrooms
