We are very happy to add Villa Dalkiran to our portfolio of luxury villas. In a prime position close to the Likya Residence Hotel, the villa provides extremely comfortable accommodation together with stunning sea and harbour views. The centre of Kalkan town is less than ten minutes’ walk away. The villa itself is very stylishly furnished both inside and out.

Villa Dalkiran is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

Open plan well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker and hob. There is a dining table to seat 8. The spacious lounge area provides comfortable seating and a wall-mounted satellite TV + DVD player.

There is also a utility room on this level with washing machine.

Double bedroom with en-suite facilities.

Separate shower room + WC.

Ground Floor Annexe:

Twin bedroom with adjacent shower room. Please note that this bedroom is situated within an annexe on ground floor level that is separately accessed from the main part of the villa, therefore, it's not suitable for young children. It's best suited to teenagers who would enjoy the independence of being able to come and go as they please.

First Floor:

This floor houses three double bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities.

Sea views can be enjoyed from every aspect of the villa.

Outside the villa:

Large infinity-edged pool (approximate dimensions are 8 metres x 4 metres).

The pool terrace is furnished with two sets of comfortable furniture from which to enjoy the beautiful vistas.

There are ample sunloungers and parasols plus a shaded dining area to seat 8.

Points to note:

• WiFi internet access is provided
• A weekly full clean and linen change is provided (so if staying for 2 weeks, there is a mid-stay clean and linen change - if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
• The twin bedroom at ground floor level is separately accessed from the main part of the villa and is therefore not suitable for young children. 

Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests - 10).
