We are delighted to add this brand new, 5-bedroom detached villa in a prime elevated position overlooking the whole of Kalkan Bay.

Villa Dome Bianca has been finished to a high standard in a distinctive style reminiscent of the blue and white villas seen on some of the Greek islands.

The interior is light and airy and externally, the villa features a large infinity-edged pool with a Jacuzzi section, a spacious shaded al-fresco entertaining and dining area plus a roof terrace.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

Open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fitted with a range of appliances including oven, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and water cooler.

The living area has a large flat screen TV with DVD player, built in corner seating and a fireplace.

The marble-topped dining table seats up to 10 guests.

A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor, together with a washing machine.

First floor:

This floor has three bedrooms; a twin and two doubles. Each bedroom has sea views and en-suite facilities. The double bedroom also features a Jacuzzi bath tub with amazing views.

Second floor:

This floor has two bedrooms; a twin and a double. Each bedroom has en-suite facilities, sea views and access to a roof terrace which is furnished with four sun loungers and a sofa set.

Outside the villa:

The superb L-shaped pool has been finished in white mosaic and is approximately 18 metres in length. An incorporated Jacuzzi section can comfortably seat up to 10 people. Four double loungers are incorporated into the pool plus two further poolside loungers. The surrounding terrace features a large shaded entertainment / dining area to one side. A BBQ is also provided together with an out-door shower. The pool and surrounding terrace is very private and not overlooked.

The centre of Kalkan town lies a short cab ride away or a 20-25 minute walk.

• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• WiFi internet access is provided
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis – so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is included. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change
• The pool and terrace area are tended to daily
• The villa is quite close to a road, therefore, it is possible to hear passing traffic at times from the pool terrace (the house is double-glazed)
