A truly exceptional villa in so many ways, Villa Porto benefits from an truly special location directly on the sea front, spectacular sea vistas from all levels, rustic high end design and spacious accommodation. And the icing on the cake - direct access to the sea via a beach platform.

 

Offering three bedrooms, and exceptionally spacious accommodation, the villa has been carefully designed to maximise the beathtaking sea views from all levels. The outdoor areas at Porto are ranged across different levels, offering guests a fabulous choice of different spaces in which to swim, sunbathe, or just to relax and drink in the amazing vistas. Being west facing, the villa benefits from all day sun regardless of the time of year.

 

The interior and exterior spaces have been recently cosmetically updated by the new owners, to ensure that guests have a comfortable, luxury experience. Careful thought has been put into every piece selected for the villa, including many unique custom designs, and a relaxing, rustic colour palette has been used throughout, along with tasteful art pieces.

 

Amenities at the villa are second to none – two of the bedrooms have Jacuzzi baths, and share a private verandah / terrace.

 

For the 2022 season, a spectacular spa and leisure area has been added within the grounds - this incorporates a gym, cinema room and sauna. 

 

Beautiful mature gardens and stone walls surround the property, helping to give the villa high levels of privacy.

 

Villa Porto is located next to the prestigious Villa Mahal Hotel and beach club in Kisla, just a 15-20 minute walk to Kalkan's Old Town and harbour area and complimentary private transfers are included.

 

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

 

Penthouse level:

 

The villa is entered (at the rear) on the penthouse level. This floor offers a very generous 100 square metres of space and features two unusually large master bedrooms, both of which have stunning en-suite wet rooms and indoor Jacuzzi bathtubs. These bedrooms share a private terrace with glorious sea views. The terrace is furnished with a comfortable seating set, and a rattan ‘egg’ chair.

 

Each bedroom has a double-size bed, ample wardrobe space, vanity unit and a Jacuzzi positioned to take advantage of the sea views. Both have en-suite shower rooms with Jack & Jill basins.

 

Stairs lead down from this level to the ground floor accommodation.

Third bedroom – This room is again very spacious (22 square metres) and is configured as a twin room, with wardrobe, large vanity unit and and en-suite shower room.

 

Kitchen – fully fitted, with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and espresso coffee machine.

 

Lounge – the lounge has a leather sofa, coffee table, rocking chair, plus a wall-mounted flat screen TV facing the sofa. The courtyard garden is accessed from one end of the lounge and at the opposite end, there are three sets of doors leading out to the pool terrace.

 

There is also a separate WC located on this level.

 

Outside the villa:

 

Courtyard garden – this is located at the back of the ground floor level and is furnished with table and chairs.

 

Pool terrace area – there are two lovely shaded areas adjacent to the stunning split-level infinity pool. The first is the dining area which seats eight, and the other is a comfortable seating set with two arm chairs. The pool has rattan sun-loungers arranged around it and a large cantilevered umbrella, plus a top of the range BBQ.

 

A separate spa and leisure area, including gym, sauna and cinema room can be found within the villa's extensive grounds.

 

Lower garden – lawned area, with cabana-style double lounger overlooking Kalkan bay. 

 

Private beach platform  - steps lead down from the garden, across a track and then further steps cut into the cliff side (shaded by olive trees) lead down to sunbathing platforms set into the rocks; at sea level a decked platform is furnished with sun-loungers, parasols and scatter cushions. Steps lead directly into the sea.
