We are delighted to be adding this centrally located three-bedroom apartment to our portfolio for this season.  This property is only a short walk away from the town centre and is close to the Thursday market and other amenities.

The apartment is accessed up one flight of stairs with the bedrooms off the entrance hall and the living area upstairs.  This property offers modern, spacious living with marble floors.

The layout of the apartment is as follows:

Lower level:

There are three bedrooms on this level - the twin bedroom has a dressing table with built-in wardrobes, a Juliette balcony and an en-suite shower room. The second room is a double with dressing table and built-in wardrobes again with sliding doors on to a private balcony with large potted plants and views across the roof tops to the sea. This bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is the master with two armchairs and a coffee table.  There is an en-suite shower room and private balcony with two chairs and a table from which to enjoy the views.

In the hall is a cupboard with washing machine and dryer for guests use.

Upper level:

The open plan living area under the roof eaves offer a spacious sitting room with 2 sofas around a coffee table with a smart TV offering English channels.  There is also a dining table with 6 chairs and the well-equipped kitchen also has a fridge with integral freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, kettle and toaster.  There is a second smaller tap fitted to the kitchen sink that offers drinking water, so no need for a water cooler.

Outside the apartment: 

The roof terrace is accessed through sliding doors with a dining table that seats six comfortably and a built in BBQ for al-fresco dining.  

The plunge pool has an integral Jacuzzi with a wooden deck that can accommodate two sun loungers.

There is also a communal pool that guests are welcome to use that has sun loungers, parasols and comfy seating.

Points to note:

• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• The apartment is fully air-conditioned
• WiFi internet access is provided
• A full clean and linen change is carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided; if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change, although it may be possible to arrange one at additional cost if required)
• A welcome pack can be arranged at this property for an additional charge of £15 (alternatively, if you provide us with a list, we can arrange any specific items to be delivered to the apartment prior to your arrival (payment for this to be made locally). Either option must be pre-booked with 3 clear days' notice

Prices are for the apartment per week (maximum number of guests - 6).
