We are delighted to add this recently refurbished 2-bedroom apartment to our portfolio in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. 

This property offers breathtaking vistas across the roof tops of Kalkan to the harbour and beyond to the islands.

Amethyst Apartment has modern and stylish interiors over two floors with direct access to the pool terrace and is only a 10-minute walk down hill to the town.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

The property is accessed from the street above via a gate and down a flight of steps that lead to the pool terrace.

The entrance door to the side of the apartment leads into a small hallway with a cloakroom with WC and hand basin.

The open plan living area offers plenty of light and space with a well-equipped kitchen that has an integral breakfast bar with 4 swivel bar chairs. There is also a large fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and water cooler.

The lounge area has a large L-shaped sofa and an armchair spaced around a coffee table, plus a Smart TV with access to Netflix (via your own account).

Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace with sea views.

First floor: 

At the top of the stairs, to the left is the first double bedroom with a king-sized bed and en-suite shower room. Within the room is a chest of drawers with a wall mounted mirror, a wardrobe and two bedside tables with touch-operated bedside lamps. Sliding glass doors lead to the covered balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a side table from which to take in the breathtaking views of Kalkan Bay.

The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en-suite shower room. Within the room is a small chest of drawers with a wall mounted mirror, wardrobe and two bedside tables with lamps. There is a Juliette balcony through sliding glass doors which has sea and mountain views and more sliding doors to the side of the room lead out to the covered balcony that’s shared with the double bedroom on this level.

Outside the apartment:

Sliding doors from the kitchen lead out a dining table with 4 chairs, which is for sole use of guests staying in the apartment.

The shared infinity pool has a ladder for access to the water and there are 10 sun loungers with parasols and side tables spaced around it for guests’ use.

There is also a large built in L-shaped cushioned sofa under a pergola, plus a coffee table, in front of the shallow end of the infinity pool - the perfect place in which to relax while taking in the panoramic views.

• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use 
• There is on street parking available
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (ie - if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
