We are delighted to add Villa Ulya to our portfolio which is located just off the Kalamar Road near the Elixir Hotel, so just a 15-minute walk in to town.

The villa is a newly built modern property with 3 en-suite bedrooms and has been stylishly furnished with wonderful views across the olive groves in front of the property to the sea.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor (entrance level):

The entrance door opens onto a spacious open plan living space.  The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob with extractor fan, electric oven, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.  There is a dining table that seats 6 comfortably and a glass door leads from the kitchen to the pool terrace.

The living room has a large Smart TV, two sofas and an armchair spaced around a coffee table.  Sliding doors lead on to the pool terrace. 

There is a separate cloakroom on this level and a washing machine in the cupboard by the entrance door for guests’ use.

A water cooler is also provided.

First floor:

There are two bedrooms on this level; a twin bedroom at the back of the villa with en-suite shower room, wardrobe, dressing table and stool.  A glass door leads out to a private balcony overlooking the olive groves.

The double bedroom on this level is situated at the front of the villa and has a wardrobe, a dressing table with stool and an en-suite shower room.  There is a private balcony with views across the olive groves to the bay beyond.

Second floor/roof terrace:

The Master bedroom is on this floor and built into the eaves.  Within the room are wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a dressing table with stool and an en-suite shower room.  Sliding doors lead out to the roof terrace with two chairs and a coffee table, as well as parasol and two mesh sun loungers from which to enjoy the views across to Kalkan Bay.

Outside the villa:

The L-shaped pool has steps for access.  There are 6 sun loungers with 3 parasols by the pool and overlook the olive groves.  A dining table with 6 chairs is set under a pergola near the kitchen to enjoy alfresco dining. A BBQ is also provided.

There is also another pergola beneath which is a comfortable sofa and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table – the perfect place to relax and unwind.  

Although there are villas on either side of this property, it offers privacy and is in a peaceful area.

Points to note: 

• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• WiFi internet access is provided
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• A BBQ is provided
• The property also has off road parking and a supermarket near by
• Cleaning and linen changes are provided on a weekly basis – if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change
• No welcome pack is provided at this property - should you wish to arrange a shopping delivery ahead of your arrival, please ask us for details

Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests - 6).
