Introducing the breathtaking Kumsal Evi, a meticulously crafted 2-bedroom villa nestled within the captivating surroundings of Kalamar Bay. Poised just above the pristine shores of the revered Kulube Beach Club, this exquisite property offers a haven of luxury and tranquility for discerning travellers seeking an unforgettable holiday experience. Accessible via a wide road, the villa boasts a private garage and ample street parking. Welcoming guests through a secure gate, a short ascent of approximately 15 steps leads to the expansive pool terrace, which is furnished with four loungers, two side tables, and large parasols.

 

The inviting pool, accessed by Roman-style steps, features a captivating waterfall flowing from the 'cave' pool above. A charming mural-adorned wall at one end of the main pool provides both privacy from the adjacent property and aesthetic appeal. Framed by an ivy-clad archway, the uniquely designed cave pool offers a unique setting from which to savour panoramic sea vistas.

 

Adjacent to the cave pool, a convenient shower room with a walk-in shower, a WC and hand basin offers refreshment, while a swing chair invites relaxation.

 

Ascending a flight of steps to the villa's entrance level, guests are greeted by a shaded bar area and an alfresco dining space, perfect for enjoying the stunning scenery via the distinctive archways that are a feature of the villa’s architecture. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors on this level provide seamless access to the living and kitchen areas and to one of the villa’s bedrooms.

 

Inside, a double-height gallery hallway showcases bespoke artwork leading to a cozy living space equipped with a Smart TV and sound system. The sleek kitchen features porcelain countertops and splashbacks, Butler-style sink, and a suite of modern appliances (including electric oven, gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine), together with a great selection of glassware, crockery, cookware and utensils ideal for culinary enthusiasts.

 

The villa’s first double bedroom is located on this level – this sumptuous space has a glass-fronted wardrobe, dressing table with stool and mirror above. A glass door leads into the 'Tom Dixon' styled en-suite shower room complete with porcelain shower stool and stylish accessories. Sea views can be enjoyed from the bed and direct access to the terrace is provided by floor to ceiling glass doors.

 

On the next level, via a bespoke hardwood staircase, is the villa’s second double bedroom. At the top of the stairs is a walk-in wardrobe area plus a dressing table, chair with mirror above. This bedroom's en-suite is also Tom Dixon styled with porcelain shower stool and stylish accessories. Access to the roof terrace can be found on this floor and a hallway leads through to a luxurious and intimate spa room / relaxation area which has a freestanding bathtub, day bed, fluffy bathrobes and towels and adjustable lighting to provide the required ambiance. The bedroom itself features a mural wall, amazing sea views and electronically controlled shutters and blinds, plus a desk space, coffee machine and mini fridge.

 

The roof terrace is furnished with a handmade parasol, two comfortable designer armchairs and a coffee table. Fabulous sea and mountain views can be enjoyed from this level.
