Villa Leda is a delightful 3 bedroom villa located in a quiet and private location in Kalamar Bay, just 300 metres from the sea and within a few minutes' walking distance to Kalamar and Kulube beach clubs. There are a selection of quality restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walk and the centre of Kalkan town is a short taxi-ride away (or a 20 minute walk).

The villa is stylishly furnished and all three bedrooms enjoy great views of the bay out towards Mouse and Snake islands.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating and a satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The dining table seats 6 guests. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes appliances such as gas hob, electric oven, extractor, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, water cooler and microwave oven.

There is a shower room / WC with natural stone floor on this level.

A series of patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.

First floor:

This level houses two of the villa's three bedrooms - both of these have twin beds, en-suite shower rooms (with walk in showers) and sea view balconies. One of these bedrooms can be configured as a double bed if required.

Second floor:

A large double bedroom suite with kingsize bed, en-suite shower room and access to a wide sea view terrace-style balcony that is furnished with two loungers, sofa and coffee table.

Outside the villa:

A large terrace with pool which is furnished with plenty of loungers and parasols. The pool can be heated at certain times of the year. A built-in BBQ and a shaded al-fresco dining area are also provided.

There is also a poolside shower.

The villa is surrounded by mature and attractively-planted gardens.

• WiFi internet connection is provided
• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• A safety deposit box is provided
• Pool heating can be provided in low season (April / May / late September / October) - extra costs apply (please ask for details at the time of booking)
• Pool dimensions are 3.5 metres x 7.5 metres x 1.4 metres deep
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• A basic welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be provided - if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change provided
• The villa has a private garage for guests' use
