We are delighted to offer this 3-bedroom detached villa within our portfolio.

The villa is situated in an enviable and prestigious location, about 8-10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Kalkan village and close to the Asfiya Sea View Hotel and the Likya Residence Hotel + Spa. It is possible for guests to take breakfast at the Asfiya Sea View Hotel (extra charges apply - please as for more information).

The villa has stunning sea and harbour views and has been tastefully decorated in neutral tones featuring natural stone and marble. The layout is as follows:

Ground Floor:

Open plan living, kitchen, dining area. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob and large fridge-freezer. A washing machine is located beneath the stairs. The dining area seats 6. The living area has comfortable seating, satellite TV and DVD player and has direct access to the pool terrace.

This level also has a twin bedroom with direct  access to the pool terrace. This bedroom has use of a shower room + WC located on this floor.

First Floor:

This floor has two double bedrooms each of which has an en-suite shower room and access to a spacious terrace with stunning views.

Outside the villa: 

 

Infinity-edged pool (one per villa). Terrace areas incorporating an al-fresco dining area (seating 6 people).

• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• WiFi internet access is provided
• Cleaning and linen changes are provided on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, there is a mid-stay clean and linen change. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)

Prices shown are per villa per week - maximum number of guests in each villa = 6.
