Villa Yar enjoys a prime position in the Kisla area of Kalkan, with full views over the bay towards Kalkan town and the surrounding mountains.

The nearest sea access is Kalkan Beach Park, just 100 metres in front of the villa and from here you can take the water taxi across to the harbour.

Newly renovated for 2019, Villa Yar is not overlooked and is complete with a 13 metre long pool on one of the longest and most private terraces in the area (the pool can also be heated during low season months if required).

The large terrace also contains a lounge area, outside dining area, gas BBQ, Jacuzzi plunge pool (for up to 6 people) and sunloungers with some natural shade provided by the cliff. Mature Mediterranean plants including bougainvillea, fragrant jasmine, melissa and potted geraniums surround the terrace.

The villa itself is set over four floors and is cool and spacious inside, featuring floor to ceiling window that maximise the amazing views.

New for 2019, is an open plan kitchen / dining area on the ground floor, with breakfast island, a full range of applicances including fridge-freezer, oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine (please note that we are awaiting new images of the villa to reflect these changes and these will be uploaded onto our website in the spring).

In addition to the newly installed kitchen and dining area, you will find a lounge area with UK Sky TV (including all Sky sports channels) plus DVD player and a library. A guest cloakroom on the ground floor is also provided.

Villa Yar has six bedrooms; four doubles, one twin and a master penthouse suite with super-king bed and private terrace:

Bedroom 1 (first floor): A large double with en-suite travertine bathroom, shower and bath. Balcony.

Bedroom 2 (first floor): A large twin room with use of the house bathroom next to it. Balcony.

Bedroom 3 (first floor): A double room with use of the house bathroom on the same level. Pool view dual aspect balcony.

Bedroom 4 (second floor): A double with en-suite travertine bathroom, shower and Jacuzzi bath. Private terrace and balcony.

Bedroom 5 (second floor): A double (with king-size bed) and en-suite bathroom. Balcony.

Bedroom 6 (third floor): The penthouse suite – a double (with king-size bed), en-suite bathroom and private terrace.

All bedrooms have sea views and all beds have Egyptian cotton linens.

Points to note:

• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• WiFi internet connection is provided
• Mosquito nets are installed on all doors and windows
• No welcome pack is provided on arrival, but one can be supplied if required at an additional cost. Pre-arrival shopping can also be arranged if required and with at least 3 days notice
• Pool and beach towels are provided for guests' use
• The main pool and Jacuzzi plunge pool are heated throughout April, May and October, November only. There is no additional charge for pool heating
• The villa is equipped with a safe
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is included. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change, although these can be arranged at extra cost and with at least 1 week's notice)
• We are awaiting new images of the villa following its recent renovation and these will be uploaded onto our website in the spring
