We are delighted to add Olive View Penthouse Apartment to our portfolio for the 2024 season.

The apartment is set over two floors with a roof terrace with a plunge pool and mountain views.

Situated in a small development of apartments, the apartment is an easy downhill 10-12 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan with supermarkets nearby, so ideal for families or a group of friends holidaying together.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: 

Ground floor:

The property is accessed through a communal gate off the street and a walkway leads to stairs leading up to the apartment’s entrance door, which opens into a hallway with 3 bedrooms leading off it.

The Master bedroom has two side tables and a wardrobe with one mirrored door.  There is an en-suite shower room with WC and basin. A glass door to the side of the bedroom leads to the covered shared balcony with two small sofas and a coffee table. At the front of the room is a Juliette balcony through sliding doors with views of the mountains.

The second double bedroom next door also has side tables and a wardrobe with a mirrored door. Sliding doors lead to the shared balcony.

The twin room is situated at the rear of the apartment and can be made into a double on request.

There is a separate shower room with WC and basin also on this floor.

The cupboard by the entrance door has an ironing board and iron for guests’ use.  

First floor:

At the top of the stairs is another shower room which also houses a washing machine.

The living area is open plan with two large sofas spaced around a coffee table plus a wall mounted TV. There is also a telescope for the stargazers among you.

The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Within the kitchen area is a dining table which seats 6 comfortably.

Outside the apartment:

The apartment has a good-sized plunge pool on the roof terrace accessed through sliding doors from the living area. To access the water there is a ladder on the outside of the pool and one to enter the water.

On the terrace, there are two sun loungers with a parasol and an L-shaped sofa set around a coffee table plus two fold-away chairs if needed.

There is also a clothes airer and laundry basket provided.

Points to note:

• The apartment has complimentary WiFi connection
• The apartment has air-conditioning in every room
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (ie - if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change

Prices are per apartment per week (maximum number of guests = 6).
