Tas Evi 2 is one of a trio of neighbouring villas situated in an elevated position. The villa boasts mesmerising views overlooking the whole of Kalkan bay and beyond to the Mediterranean and islands and has been thoughtfully constructed using a stylish mix of contemporary architecture and solid stone, with large glass doors inviting the magnificent views into almost every room.

The property offers three en-suite bedrooms with an additional large Jacuzzi to the master suite, a spacious furnished terrace, an indoor plunge pool and an outdoor infinity swimming pool to the side of the property.

The accommodation is air-conditioned throughout and arranged over two floors.

Ground floor:

The ground floor consists of an open plan living area, kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area and lounge. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and the dining table seats 6 guests. The lounge is made up of a comfy seating area with coffee table and a flat screen TV. 

The ground floor also has a separate W/C and utility room with washing machine.

Guests will also find two of the villa's three bedrooms on this floor.

Bedroom 1 - A twin bedroom with bedside table, an en-suite shower room and floor to ceiling glass doors which fill the room with light and provide direct access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 2 - A double bedroom with bedside table and an en-suite shower room and floor to ceiling glass doors which lead out to the pool terrace.

The indoor swimming pool, which can be heated upon request, is adjacent to this bedroom and glass floor to ceiling sliding doors bring the sea views into the space.

First floor mezzanine level:

Bedroom 3 - Floating stairs lead up to the mezzanine floor suspended over the open plan lounge where the master bedroom is located which features a Jacuzzi bathtub along with an en-suite shower room, a sofa and a private furnished balcony with wooden decking and a fantastic view of both bays.  

Outdoor the villa: 

Large glass doors lead out from the living area to the pool terrace. The private infinity pool is located to the side of the property and has a Jacuzzi corner and fantastic views of the sea and bay. The pool terrace offers ample space for guests to relax including a comfortable seating area, an alfresco dining table with seating for 6 guests and 6 sun-loungers around the pool along with parasols. This villa also has a BBQ.

• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Shopping deliveries can be arranged
• Pool towels are provided on arrival
• Outdoor pool dimensions are approximately 5 metres x 13 metres x depth 1.5m throughout
• Indoor pool dimensions are 2.7 metres x 4.5 metres x 1 metre depth throughout
• The indoor pool can be heated on request (with at least 7 days’ notice) – extra costs may apply. Please ask for details at the time of booking
• Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided; if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change provided)
• The pool and gardens are tended to daily
• Please note that the road leading up to this property is very steep in parts, so if hiring a car, a front-wheel drive vehicle is recommended
• Tas Evi  is one of three neighbouring 3-bed villas Tas Evi 1 and Tas Evi 3. Booking two or three of the villas would suit larger parties looking for villas close to each other
