Villa Waterfall 2 is a striking building positioned at the top of Kalkan in the Kızıltaş area. The villa was named owing to the waterfall feature that has been incorporated into its design; flowing water cascades from the roof terrace down to the ground floor where it meets the large infinity pool (please note that the waterfall feature has been removed).

The interior of the villa is open-plan, light and spacious. The open-plan living room and kitchen on the ground floor are flooded by light from a double-storey window which frames the view over the pool terrace perfectly.

Large sliding doors open out onto a spacious pool terrace with an infinity pool. This terrace is ideal for enjoying a BBQ with wonderful sea and mountain views and ample space is provided for dining, soaking up the sun or lounging on the swing chair.

The villa has 5 en-suite bedrooms, two of which are on the lower ground floor with access to a second pool terrace with table tennis and sunbathing area. There are three further bedrooms on the first floor at the top of a sweeping marble and iron staircase. 

The accommodation and layout are as follows:

Lower ground floor:

Bedroom 1 – double bed with en-suite facilities and direct access to a pool terrace.

Bedroom 2 – double bed with en-suite facilities and direct access to a pool terrace.

Ground floor:

Open plan kitchen area - the kitchen includes a range of appliances such as fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas hob and water dispenser.

Open plan living area - comfortable seating, TV and dining table to seat 10 guests.

First floor:

Bedroom 3 - double with sea view balcony and en-suite facilities.

Bedroom 4 - twin with sea view balcony and en-suite facilities.

Bedroom 5 - double with sea view balcony and en-suite facilities. 

Outside the villa:

The living and kitchen area leads out onto a spacious main terrace featuring sunbathing areas and a private pool. An al-fresco dining table is provided, as are 6 sunloungers, a comfortable seating area and a swing seat.

On the lower ground floor is another terrace with second pool plus additional sunloungers and table tennis.

Points to note:

• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• WiFi internet access is provided
• The walk into the town centre is downhill all the way - this means that it's uphill on the way back, so a taxi home is a good idea

Prices are for the villa per week (not per person) - maximum number of guests = 10.
