Tas Evi 3 is one of a trio of neighbouring villas situated in an elevated position. The villa boasts mesmerising views overlooking the whole of Kalkan bay and beyond to the Mediterranean and islands and has been thoughtfully constructed using a stylish mix of contemporary architecture and solid stone, with large glass doors inviting the magnificent views into almost every room.

The property offers three en-suite bedrooms with an additional large Jacuzzi to the master suite and a furnished terrace which offers a good degree of privacy.

The accommodation is air-conditioned throughout and arranged over two floors as follows:

Ground floor:

The ground floor consists of an open plan living area, kitchen, a dining area and lounge. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and the lounge is furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a satellite TV.

There is also a separate W/C on this floor. 

Guests will also find one of the villa's three bedrooms on this floor. 

Bedroom 1 -  A twin bedroom with bedside table, ample storage, an en-suite shower room and floor to ceiling glass doors which fill the room with light and provide direct access to the pool terrace.

First floor:

The villa’s remaining two bedrooms are situated on this level.

Bedroom 2 - The master which features a Jacuzzi bathtub along with an en-suite shower room and a furnished balcony with fantastic views to both bays.  

Bedroom 3 - A double bedroom with sea views with ample storage, an en-suite shower room and access to a furnished balcony.   

Outside the villa:   

Large glass doors lead out from the living area to the pool terrace where guests will find the private infinity swimming pool with Jacuzzi section and fantastic views of the sea and bay. The pool terrace offers ample space for guests to relax in and incorporates a comfortable seating area, an alfresco dining table with seating for 6 guests and 6 sun-loungers around the pool along with parasols. The garden and mature planting is a pleasant feature of the outside space at this property. There is also a BBQ at this property.

• WiFi internet access is provided
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Shopping deliveries can be arranged
• Pool towels are provided on arrival
• Pool dimensions are approximately 8 metres x 4.5 metres (depth 1.5m throughout) plus a Jacuzzi section
• Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided; if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change provided)
• The pool and gardens are tended to daily
• Please note that the road leading up to this property is very steep in parts, so if hiring a car, a front-wheel drive vehicle is recommended
• Tas Evi 3 is one of three neighbouring villas, the other two being Tas Evi 1 and Tas Evi 2.  Booking two or three of the villas would suit larger parties looking for villas close to each other
