Close to the Asfiya Sea View, Likya Residence and Regency Hotels, this luxurious duplex is in a convenient location with a gentle 5 minutes' walk to Kalkan's old town quarter. The harbour area and town beach are just a couple of minutes' further on. No need for hire cars or taxi's here and for your convenience there’s even a small supermarket less than 300m away.
Aqua at Mavi Su House is a unique property with stunning sea views of Kalkan Bay and Snake and Mouse islands beyond. It is a superb property with a number of excellent social areas where guests can find peace and solitude.
Approached via some steps at the side of the property leading to the first floor entrance, Apartment Aqua is set out over two floor and has been furnished to a very high standard in a contemporary style, providing comfortable and elegant accommodation for up to 6 guests. The level of space afforded at this apartment compares to that of a 3-bedroom villa and it has its own pool plus spacious and stunning terrace area.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
First Floor Entrance level:
Upon opening the front door you will be presented with fantastic sea views of Kalkan bay. A small hallway leads to an open plan living and kitchen area with 2 full-height sliding patio doors that open out onto the apartment's large private pool terrace and balcony again providing panoramic views of the bay.
The kitchen features granite work surfaces, a breakfast bar with 4 stools and modern Siemen's appliances including oven, hob and extractor, fridge-freezer and dishwasher along with a water cooler / dispenser.
The living area has plenty of comfortable seating and flat-screen LCD TV and a Grundig Bluetooth Sound Bar producing excellent sound reproduction. There is also Apple TV and Android connectivity to the TV if guests wish to view their own feature films, videos or photos of their holiday.
Also located on this level is a double bedroom with adjacent en-suite shower room. This room has fabulous sea views and direct access via large patio doors to the pool terrace.
Lower floor:
On this level, there are two further bedrooms - a master with king-size bed, dressing area and en-suite shower room plus a twin bedded room with en-suite shower room. The twin beds can be pushed together to make another king-size bed if required. Both bedrooms are light and airy and each has its own secluded patio area furnished with table and chairs backing on to an established garden area.
A utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board can also be found on this floor.
Outside the apartment:
The apartment has a spacious terrace with private pool and ample sun loungers and parasols.
An al-fresco dining table and chairs is provided to seat 6 guests and there is also a comfortable ‘Ottoman’ corner rattan seating area with a large umbrella which provides shade when required. There is also a gas fired BBQ for guests to use.
The two bedrooms on the lower floor each have a separate secluded patio area furnished with tables and chairs for relaxing on.
