This three-bedroom villa is situated in the Ortalaan area of Kalkan above the 'Kalamar Road' and has wonderful sea views across the bay.
'
The villa features mosaiced columns and is reminiscent of the grand mansions found on the banks of the Bosphorus.
A 15-20 minute walk will take you to the old town quarter, with its plethora of rooftop restaurants and bars which you can see from the villa’s balconies.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
The glass entrance door leads into the kitchen which has an open archway to the rest of the living area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, water cooler, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Next door to the kitchen is a dining table with 8 chairs and a glass door leads out to the pool terrace.
The living room is comfortably furnished with two sofas and an armchair set around a coffee table plus a TV and DVD player. Sliding doors from the living area lead out onto the pool terrace.
A guest WC can be found by the stairs.
First floor:
At the top of the metal and ceramic staircase is the first bedroom; a twin that can be made into a double on request. This bedroom has is an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors from the bedroom lead to a side balcony with sea views. Within the room is a wardrobe and dressing table with a stool.
The second bedroom on this floor is a double with en-suite shower room. Within the room is a wardrobe and dressing table with chair. Sliding doors lead out to the large balcony that can also be accessed from the landing. The balcony is furnished with a wrought iron sofa and armchair with cushions set around a coffee table. This offers magnificent views across Kalkan Bay below.
Second floor:
The whole of the villa’s top floor is dedicated to the master bedroom suite which has a sofa built into an alcove, dressing room area with a padded bench and sliding doors leading out onto the private balcony. Within the room is also a dressing table and chair. The en-suite bathroom has a separate shower and twin stone basins, with steps leading up to the sunken Jacuzzi bath with mosaic tiles. Two picture windows enable you to take in the panoramic views of the mountains and Kalkan Bay whilst enjoying some bubbles in the Jacuzzi!
Roof terrace:
For the 2023 season, a roof terrace has been added offering superb views across Kalkan bay.
Outside the villa:
The infinity pool has steps for access at the shallow end and is surrounded by 6 sun loungers and 3 parasols. At the side of the villa and beneath a pergola, is a wrought iron sofa and armchairs with cushions set around a coffee table. The outside dining table seats 8 guests and there is a built-in BBQ for al-fresco dining with a cantilevered parasol for when shade is needed.
