This four-bedroom villa is situated in Kisla and has wonderful sea views across the bay from the roof terrace and bedrooms.

The villa is accessed through an iron gate from street level and steps lead to a patio and the lower ground floor bedrooms and then continue to the pool terrace.

The villa is a 25-minute walk to the old town, but the nearby beach clubs offer water taxis to the harbour throughout the day. There is a mini-market close to the villa as well.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

The living area is open plan with a well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and water cooler.  The dining table seats 8 and beyond is a large L-shaped sofa with flat screen TV.  There is a further small seating area with a small sofa and coffee table.

Sliding doors lead to the pool terrace.

There is also a separate cloakroom for guests' use on the landing between this level and the bedrooms on the lower ground floor.

Lower ground floor:

This level has two bedrooms and under the stairs, is a utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron for guests’ use.

The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room, wardrobe and dressing table.  A glass door leads to the shared patio outside.  

The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a glass door that leads to the shared patio outside. This has some seating and table tennis for those guests who feel more energetic!

First floor:

This level has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with en-suite shower room. There is a shared balcony that runs the width of the villa and this is furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy the views.  Each bedroom also has a further private balcony to the side.  

Stairs lead to the roof terrace which has fabulous views across the bay.  This recently refurbished area includes a bar / kitchenette, Jacuzzi, comfy seating and sun loungers.

Outside the villa:

The infinity pool has steps for access and is surrounded by 6 sun loungers and 2 parasols. The outside dining table seats 8 guests and there is a portable BBQ to help prepare those al-fresco meals.  

Points to note:

• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• The pool is approximately 7 metres x 3 metres x 1.6 metres deep
• WiFi internet access is provided on all floors
• Table tennis is provided
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for your use
• A full clean and linen change is carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided; if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change, although it may be possible to arrange one at additional cost if required)
• There is one cot available for guests use - please bring your own bedding
• The villa is fitted with a security alarm and a CCTV system
