Villa Pelin is a new and very welcome addition to our portfolio of luxury properties. Located in the sought-after Komurluk district of Kalkan, Villa Pelin is within easy reach of Zest and Palm Beach Clubs and just a 10-15 minute walk from Kalkan’s old town, harbour, shops and restaurants. The well-presented accommodation is arranged over four floors including a games room on the lower ground floor and the villa also features a roof terrace with far-reaching views. 

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Lower ground floor:

This level houses a games room with pool table and table football, together with a Finnish sauna and Ottoman style Hammam room.

There are also two bedrooms on this floor; a double and a twin, each with en-suite shower room and access to the games room via sliding doors.

There is a small kitchenette between the two bedrooms and a washing machine can be found in the cupboard under the stairs.

Ground floor: 

Access to villa is on this floor. This level has an open-plan living area furnished with corner sofa, fireplace and flat screen television, a dining table and a beautifully appointed kitchen that features an island unit with gas hob. Appliances include fridge-freezer, built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher and water cooler.

A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor, together with a wine cellar / useful storage room.

First floor:

This level has two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms and access to a wrap-around sea view balcony that spans the front and the side of the property, where a comfortable seating area is provided.

Second floor:

This level has a double bedroom with sloping ceiling, en-suite shower room and access to the villa’s large roof terrace which has amazing sea views.

Outside the villa: 

The villa’s spacious terrace features an infinity-edged pool, a large marble-topped dining table (to seat 10 guests), plenty of sun-loungers, a BBQ area and comfortable seating to provide a great vantage point from which to take in those famous Komurluk sunsets.

A poolside shower is also provided and pool heating is also available if required during low season months (additional costs may apply during certain months – please ask for details at the time of booking).

• Shopping deliveries can be organised if required
• WiFi is provided
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• Cleaning and linen changes are provided weekly – therefore, if staying for 2 weeks, there is a mid-stay clean and linen change. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change
• Pool heating is possible for low season months – please ask for details at the time of booking as an extra cost may apply at certain times
