6 bedroom villa in Kalkan for holiday rental Beyli Han

Separate apartment:

Villa BeyliHan is a delightful 6-bedroom villa located in a quiet and private location in Kalamar Bay, close to the sea and within a few minutes' walking distance to Kalamar, Lures and Kulube beach clubs. There are a selection of restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walk as well as a supermarket and the centre of Kalkan town is a short taxi-ride away (or a 20-minute walk).

 

The villa is uniquely furnished offering wonderful views of Kalamar bay out towards Mouse and Snake islands.

 

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

 

Ground floor:

 

The property is accessed down some steps from the access road above. Once through the entrance door, you’ll find an open plan living area, with a large L-shaped sofa, wall mounted TV and coffee table plus access to the pool terrace. There is also a large breakfast bar with 6 bar stools and a spacious well equipped kitchen that has a gas hob with extractor fan, electric oven, large double fridge-freezer with integral water dispenser, dishwasher, twin sinks with a filtered water tap, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, kettle and toaster. Off the kitchen area is a small room with an ice machine and beneath the stairs, a large chest freezer and drinks fridge.

 

There is also a twin bedroom on this level with a Jack and Jill en-suite shower room which also serves as a cloakroom/WC. Within the bedroom is a dressing table with stool and a wardrobe. A glass door leads to the garden at the rear of the villa.

 

A series of bi-fold glass doors open out onto the pool terrace allowing plenty of light into the villa.

 

First floor:

 

This level has three bedrooms; two double bedrooms at the front of the villa and a twin room at the rear. The bedroom off the landing to the right is a double with en-suite shower room and within the bedroom is a dressing table with chair and fitted wardrobes on either side of the wrought iron bed. Sliding doors give access to the large, covered balcony with a hammock and seating area offering fabulous sea and mountain views.

 

The Master bedroom on this floor has a walk-in wardrobe on one side of the room and a bathroom on the other with an integral shower and twin basins. Within the bedroom is a table with a chair and an armchair and glass doors lead out to the shared balcony with wonderful sea views.

 

The twin bedroom on this floor is at the rear of the villa and enjoys garden views from the private balcony. Within the bedroom is a wardrobe and dressing table with a chair. There is also an en-suite shower room.

 

Second floor:

 

This level has two bedrooms beneath high eaves with a shared family shower room. The double bedroom with metal framed bed, has sliding doors to the side of the balcony with an outside shower.  Within the bedroom is a dressing table with stool and a wardrobe. A further set of glass doors lead out to the shared covered balcony which is furnished with two sun loungers and a side table – the balcony offers panoramic views of the islands, Kalamar Bay and the olive groves.

 

The second bedroom on this floor is a twin with a walk-in wardrobe and a wicker sofa. To one side is a Juliette balcony offering spectacular mountain views and a glass door leads out to the above-mentioned shared balcony with sea views to the islands.

 

There is also a wooden door off the landing that leads to a utility room with a washing machine for guests’ use.

 

Outside the villa:

 

To the side of the villa is a large pergola with a table tennis for those guests who like to be a bit more energetic while on holiday. There is also a built-in seating area with large cushions as well as a wicker sofa and armchair set around a coffee table to enable some relaxation while enjoying the sea views.

 

A built in BBQ gives guests the option to enjoy al-fresco dining beneath the covered semi-circular veranda with a large dining table. There is also a comfortable seating area – another spot in which to relax and take in the views.

 

The infinity pool has a ladder at one end and steps at the other for entry into the water, with sun loungers and parasols spaced around it.

 

The villa is surrounded by mature and attractively-planted gardens.

 

Separate Apartment:

 

There are steps at the rear of the villa leading down to the apartment, or alternatively, a second set of steps from the pool terrace with a child gate. The apartment can also be reached from the road below via steps winding up through planted terraces.

 

The covered patio offers two built-in seating areas with cushions as well as a dining table with chairs. There are also sun loungers offering guests privacy while still enjoying sea and mountain views. There is also a smaller table tennis table as well - the perfect option for families with teenagers!

 

Once through the glass doors into the apartment, you’ll find a sofa with a wall mounted TV, and an integral breakfast bar with two bar stools leading into the kitchen. This is well equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob with extractor fan, electric oven, small fridge, water cooler, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

 

There are two bedrooms within the apartment - one is a twin with wardrobe and dressing table with stool. Glass doors give access to the patio with sea views and there is an en-suite shower room.

 

On the other side of the living area is another bedroom with three single beds and a large en-suite shower room. Again glass doors lead to the covered patio with partial sea views.

 

Points to note:

 

  • WiFi internet connection is provided
  • The villa is fully air-conditioned
  • Pool heating can be provided at additional cost (please ask for details at the time of booking)
  • Pool size is approximately 8 metres x 5 metres x 1.8 metres deep

  • Pool towels are provided for guests' use
  • A welcome pack is provided on arrival
  • Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be provided - if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change provided)
  • The apartment can only be booked with the villa and not as a stand alone property – as it’s separately accessed from the main part of the villa, it’s not suitable for young, unaccompanied children

Prices

Prices shown above are for the main villa sleeping up to 12 guests. If your party exceeds 12 people and the separate apartment is being rented, an additional £750 per week is charged (if the apartment is not added to your villa booking, it will not be rented to another party during your stay).
