Villa Likya is a large 5-bedroom house located within the Likya Estate.  This exclusive well established private residential estate was developed in the mid-1980’s and is one of Kalkans best loved and sought-after neighbourhoods with its beautifully mature and well-kept gardens. 

The house is perfectly located just a 3 minute walk from the town centre with its shops, restaurants and bars. 

The nearest small supermarket is just around the corner and a short down hill walk takes you to the harbour and nearest beach club.

Villa Likya has 5 bedrooms; 3 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and 2 bedrooms with twin beds. These have use of a further separate bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom. 

The house has been newly decorated and offers a large open plan living space with fully fitted kitchen (including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave), dining area, sitting room and television room. 

There is a large outside patio area with private swimming pool, stone BBQ, comfortable seating area and a large roof terrace with more comfy seating and partial sea views.

For a weekly fee, guests also have of the Likya Estate's large communal pool if required. Please ask about costs prior to your arrival (costs vary from year to year).

Villa Likya has satellite TV with movie, sports and film channels in English and WiFi internet connection.

Points to note:

• The cleaning team will carry out a full mid-week clean and another at the end of each week. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen weekly
• A member of the team will visit daily to remove rubbish
• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• Pool dimensions are approximately 6.5 metres x 5 metres x 1.25 metres deep
• A welcome pack is not provided at this property, but we can arrange for shopping to be delivered ahead of your arrival if you supply us with a list at least a week ahead of your arrival date
• Daily bread delivery can be arranged if required
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• Rental licence number - 07-1653

Prices shown are for the villa per week, not per person - maximum number of guests = 10.
