Gorgeous Villa Turquoise is a welcome addition to our portfolio, offering sophisticated interiors and breath-taking views across Kalamar Bay to the islands.

The villa has 3 en-suite bedrooms in the main part of the property and a separate double bedroom within the lower courtyard.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:

Lower ground floor (entrance level from the street):

The side street leading to the villa has a garage for one car and the property is accessed through a gate that opens into a courtyard which is furnished with two chairs and a table.  

On this level there is a self-contained double bedroom accessed through sliding doors. There is a sitting room with an L-shaped sofa and wall mounted smart TV as well as a kitchenette with a fridge and kettle.  Off the bedroom through sliding smoked glass doors is a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower. Within the room are built in wardrobes with a dressing table and chair.

Stairs lead from the courtyard up to the pool terrace. Please note this room would not be suitable for unaccompanied young children as it’s separately accessed from the main part of the house.

Ground floor:

The ground floor comprises of a large open plan living room with a large L-shaped sofa with coffee table and Smart TV.  The dining table within the kitchen area seats 8 comfortably and this also has a kitchen island attached with gas hob and extractor fan.  The sleek kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, built in electric oven and microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

Sliding doors lead from the living area and dining area out to the pool terrace. By the stairs is a water cooler which is discreetly concealed in a cupboard next door to the separate utility room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.  There is also a separate cloakroom for guests’ use.

First floor:

There are two bedrooms on this level.  The first is a twin bedroom that can be made into a double on request.  Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with two chairs and a table from which to enjoy the panoramic sea views.  This room also has an en-suite shower, wardrobes and a dressing table with a chair.

The double bedroom on this floor has sliding doors leading out to a private balcony with 2 chairs and a small table from which to enjoy the incredible sea views.  The en-suite bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath with separate shower and twin basins. Within the bedroom is a dressing table and chair.

Second floor:

Under the eaves, is a large double bedroom with built in wardrobes and dressing table with chair as well as a wall mounted TV.  There is an en-suite shower room with twin basins. Sliding doors from this bedroom lead out to the roof terrace.  On the landing is a cupboard with a drinks fridge for guests’ use.

The villa’s roof terrace features a built in Jacuzzi with wooden decking and two sun loungers with a parasol. There is also a comfortable seating set from which to enjoy the spectacular views of Kalamar Bay below all the way to the islands.

Outside the villa:

The spacious pool terrace has a seating area with automatic awnings for shade as and when required.  The dining table seats 8 comfortably and a built in BBQ, drinks fridge, sink and preparation area are also provided to enable al-fresco dining.  There is also a cushioned built-in seating area.

The infinity pool has an integral Jacuzzi and steps leading into the pool.  The spectacular sea views can be enjoyed from the 8 sun loungers (with 4 parasols) spaced around the pool.

There is also an external shower for guests’ use. 

Points to note:

• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• The pool dimensions are approximately 11 metres x 4 metres
• Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided - ie, if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• The villa has CCTV near the front door and an intercom system to open the gate
• A safe is provided
• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• WiFi internet connection is provided
• The bedroom on the lower ground floor is separately accessed from the main part of the house, so it would be unsuitable for unaccompanied young children
