rThis 3 beautifully-presented bedroom villa offers a convenient location and fabulous sea views. Just a 10 minute walk from Kalkan's Old Town, Villa Bergamot is ideally situated away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to be able to stroll down for a spot of shopping or to laze on the beach.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

Open plan living area including a fully fitted kitchen (with breakfast bar), dining area and lounge patio doors leading on to the pool and terrace
Kitchen includes built in oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.

Cloakroom with WC and basin.

The villa is also equipped with an Bluetooth music system, a safe, Wi-Fi and a flat screen Smart TV with Satellite.

Guest also can enjoy a game of ping-pong (table, bats and balls are supplied). Also, there is Playstation, XBox for entertainment.

First floor:

Master king bedroom with walk-in wardrobe (including a safe), en-suite shower room, WC and basin, including hairdryer. This room has a balcony with sea views.

Guest double bedroom with balcony from which to enjoy the sea views.

Guest twin bedroom with a Juliette balcony.

House bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and basin including hairdryer.

Second floor:

Large roof terrace with cushioned seating area with table and parasol to enjoy the sea views of Kalkan bay. The terrace has also table and chairs for dining with a view. 

Washing machine, iron board and iron are situated in the bespoke cupboard.

Outside the villa:

Poolside terrace with loungers.

BBQ.

Private swimming pool (approximate dimensions are 7.5 metres x 3.5 metres x 1.6 metres deep).

• Bathroom towels and bed linen included
• If you are staying for 2 weeks, then a mid-stay clean and linen change is included (if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change). If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee of £80 (for example, if you're staying for 10 nights and you'd like a mid-stay clean and linen change, this will be chargeable). Please book any extra cleans in advance
