Villa Ela is a substantial 6-bedroom villa that commands uninterrupted sea views from its elevated position in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan.

The villa has been decorated in a contemporary style and wall-to ceiling windows help to maximise the views and allow light to flood into the property.

The villa also features a pool terrace which has a large private pool, shaded al-fresco dining area and stone BBQ.

The centre of Kalkan town lies a few minutes' drive away or a 20 minute walk (downhill, therefore, uphill on the way back) .

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor (entrance level):

Open plan living, dining and kitchen area.

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating and a 55' 3D TV with DVD plus a CD player (English movie and news channels are provided, as is an Ipod docking station.

The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances such as double oven and hob, work-top griddle, ice-maker, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and double microwave.

There's also a breakfast bar to seat 3 and the dining table seats 8 people.

A guest cloakroom is located on this level.

The first of the villa's six bedrooms is situated on this floor - a twin with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace.

First floor:

There are three bedrooms on this level:

A master suite with king sized bed with access to a balcony plus an en-suite bathroom  with shower.

Two double bedrooms, each with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom  with shower.

Second floor:

There are two bedrooms on this level:

A twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

A double bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The villa's roof terrace has breathtaking views and is comfortably furnished complete with bar area.

Outside the villa:

The villa is surrounded by a spacious pool terrace which has 10 sun-loungers, a shaded corner seating area and a large private pool. A shaded al-fresco dining area seats up to 10 guests and there's also a stone BBQ plus table tennis for those who like to keep active.

A utility / laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board is also provided (externally-accessed).
