We are delighted to add this distinctive modern 5-bedroom villa situated in the Kisla area of Kalkan.

The living space is laid out over 4 floors with sea views from the bedroom balconies and roof terrace.

The villa is a 25-minute walk to the old town, but the nearby beach clubs offer water taxis to the harbour throughout the day. There is a mini-market close to the villa too.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

The entrance door between two pillars, leads into the living space with a large L-shaped sofa and an armchair with a coffee table plus a large smart TV. Sliding doors lead to a balcony with two chairs and a table.

The sleek and well-equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob with extractor fan, built in microwave and oven, water cooler, kettle and toaster.  

The dining table seats 8 comfortably and there are a further 2 dining chairs if required.

First floor:

This floor has two bedrooms. One is a family room with a double bed plus a single bed and this bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Within the room are built-in wardrobes, a wall mounted TV and a dressing table with stool. Sliding doors lead to the shared covered balcony with sea views.

The second bedroom on this floor is a double, also with en-suite shower room. Within the room are built-in wardrobes, wall mounted TV and a dressing table with a stool. Sliding doors lead to the shared balcony that has a sofa and armchair plus coffee table.

Second floor / roof terrace:

This floor houses the Master bedroom under high eaves. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room and within the bedroom itself is a small sofa, wall mounted TV, built-in wardrobes and a dressing table with stool.

At the other end of the room is a kitchenette with a drink’s fridge, 2 ring electric hob, a kettle and a coffee machine. There is also a small wall mounted dining table with two bar chairs.

Sliding doors give access to the roof terrace which is furnished with a circular table with 4 chairs and two sun loungers on which to relax and enjoy the wonderful views across the bay.

Lower ground floor:

There are two bedrooms on this level, as well as a separate WC with basin.

The family room has a double bed and a single bed with an en-suite shower room that also has a corner Jacuzzi bath. Within the room are built-in wardrobes, a wall mounted TV and a dressing table with stool. Sliding doors lead to the pool terrace with garden views.

The second bedroom is a double with en-suite shower room. Within the room are built-in wardrobes, a wall mounted TV and a dressing table with stool. A glass door leads to the pool terrace with garden views.

Outside the villa:

The freshwater pool has a ladder at one end and steps at the other for access. There are 4 sun loungers spaced around the pool and a further two sun loungers beneath the covered area outside the family room.

There is also a covered dining area with 8 chairs with a kitchenette with a sink, a kettle, a drink’s fridge, electric hob, water cooler and a built in BBQ for al-fresco dining.  

There is also a poolside shower within an alcove for guests’ use.

Points to note:

• *Although this villa has 5 bedrooms, we would suggest it's best suited to parties of 8 people for optimum comfort, particularly on the pool terrace
• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• WiFi internet access is provided
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided
• There is underfloor heating if required
• A full clean and linen change is carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided; if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change, although it may be possible to arrange one at additional cost if required)
• There is an off-road parking space provided

Prices are per villa, per week (maximum number of guests = 8*).
