Swallows Nest is a very well-appointed luxury four-bedroom apartment and is new to our portfolio for the 2023 season. The apartment is set over two floors with two private walled courtyards and a private pool terrace with mountain views.
Situated in a small development of apartments with own pools, Swallows Nest is an easy downhill 10-minute walk to the centre of Kalkan with supermarkets nearby, so ideal for families or a group of friends holidaying together.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
The property is accessed through a communal gate off the street and a walkway leads to the apartment’s entrance door, which opens into a spacious open plan living area with contemporary decor and furnishings, further enhanced with original art pieces which continue throughout the apartment.
The living area has a large L-shaped sofa with two armchairs spaced around a coffee table, together with a large smart TV and Bluetooth soundbar. There is a dining table that seats 8 comfortably and floor to ceiling glass sliding doors lead out to the private pool terrace. There is also a wall cabinet in which a selection of games and books are available for guests' use.
The well-equipped kitchen has a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, electric hob with extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster, ice maker and water cooler.
Also on this level is the first bedroom, the ‘yellow room’, which has a queen-size double bed with a built-in wardrobe. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with two chairs and a side table. Next door to the bedroom is a separate shower room with WC and basin.
At the bottom of the staircase under the stairs is a cupboard with a washing machine.
The spacious master bedroom, the ‘red room’, has an emperor-size bed, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table with stool. Opaque double glass doors lead to the en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Sliding doors lead out to the walled courtyard with table tennis, basketball net and badminton for those guests who are feeling energetic.
The twin room, the ‘blue room’, can be made into a double on request. There is an en-suite shower room and separate dressing area with a fitted wardrobe and dressing table with stool. The door from the dressing area leads to the ‘green room’ and a glass door gives access to the walled courtyard. Within the bedroom are sliding doors that lead to a second walled courtyard at the rear of the property and this is furnished with a sofa and two armchairs set around a coffee table.
The last bedroom, the ‘green room’, can be accessed from the rear courtyard with external steps leading down from the private pool terrace. Within the room is an emperor-sized bed with built in wardrobes, a kitchen island with 2 bar chairs, a kitchenette with a toaster, kettle and fridge. There is also an en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Floor to ceiling glass doors lead to the back courtyard - this is shared with the 'blue room' on this level and is a wonderful space in which to enjoy a sun downer before heading into town.
Outside the apartment:
The apartment benefits from having a spacious pool terrace with a covered seating area and an L-shaped sofa set around a dining table. There is also a swing chair and a large portable BBQ to enable your party to enjoy al-fresco dining. The pool is accessed by ladder steps and placed around it are 6 sun loungers with 4 side tables and 2 large parasols. There is also an electric awning over the sliding doors offering additional shade and an outside shower for guests’ use. From the pool terrace, are external stairs at either end that lead down to the two courtyards, so there’s plenty of space for everyone in your party to relax and make the most of what this property has to offer.
