We are delighted to add the Kalamaki Flats to our portfolio of quality apartments in Kalkan.

Located in a residential street in the heart of Kalkan’s old town quarter, this sympathetically restored building has been the subject of a total renovation programme and now consists of 6 beautifully-appointed 1-bedroom apartments.

Kalkan’s town beach and harbour are just a few minutes’ walk away and a plethora of rooftop restaurants are within close proximity.

The entrance to the building is via an electronic key-pad system and there is an elevator to all floors.

Ground floor:

Flat No 1 – This apartment is to the front of the building. It has an open plan living area with TV, dining table and modern kitchen with fridge, washing machine, freestanding oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. Ample crockery, glassware and cookware are provided, together with a clothes airer and a vacuum cleaner. 

The sofa and armchair can convert into beds if required.

The bedroom has a double bed, TV and access to a shower room next door.

This apartment has views out onto the cobbled street outside that leads down towards the sea.

Flat No 2 – This apartment to the back of the building. It has an open plan living area with TV, dining table and modern kitchen with fridge, washing machine, freestanding oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. Ample crockery, glassware and cookware are provided, together with a clothes airer and a vacuum cleaner.

This apartment has two sofas which can convert into beds if required.

This apartment has a sea view balcony.

Top floor:

This level has access to a communal sun terrace with tables and chairs. This terrace has amazing sea views and during the day time, an electronic awning provides welcome shade. A WC is also provided on this level.

• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Beach towels are provided for guests' use
• An iron and ironing board are provided in each apartment
• The apartments are accessed via a very secure electronic key pad system
• CCTV is provided
• Each apartment is fully air-conditioned
• Each apartment has its own WiFi connection
• On-site caretaker
• If staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is included (if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)

Prices shown above are per apartment per week based on 2 sharing. A supplement of £100 per week will apply if 3 or 4 people are staying and the sofa beds are utilised.
