Dome Coast Apartment (formerly known as Muddy Suite Apartment) is a newly renovated property located right in the heart of Kalkan’s old town quarter. The town beach and harbour area are just a 2-3 minute walk away and the delights of the picturesque old town are right on the doorstep, so the apartment is a great base from which to explore all the local amenities or to relax on the roof terrace, complete with plunge pool and great sea views.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

Bright open plan living area comprising of lounge plus kitchen/diner with fully fitted kitchen (appliances include oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave). The dining table seats 6 people. The lounge area has comfortable seating, satellite TV.

First floor:

There are two bedrooms on this level; a double and a twin. These have views over the old town and share a shower room on this floor.

Second floor:

A staircase from the first floor landing leads up to a third bedroom; a double with en-suite shower room (please note that this floor is built into the eaves of the property, so ceiling height is limited in some areas).

A kitchenette / utility area (with washing machine and small fridge) can also be found on this floor. The apartment’s roof terrace is accessed from this area, which is complete with plunge pool, comfortable seating, shaded dining table, BBQ and sun-loungers. The old town ambience and sea views over the rooftops can be enjoyed from this terrace.

Point to note:

• WiFi internet connection is provided
• The apartment is fully air-conditioned
• Pool dimensions are approximately 3 metres x 2.5 metres x 1 metre deep
• Cleaning and linen changes are provided on a weekly basis, so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change
• A welcome pack is not supplied at this property, but one can be arranged on request at an additional cost of £15
• The pool is only operational from 1st May - 31st October
