Villa Seascape is a stylish 4 bedroom villa with a private infinity-edged swimming pool, that accommodates up to 8 guests. Designed to connect the living space with some wonderful sea and mountains views, the villa frontage largely comprises floor to ceiling sliding doors and achieves this objective to spectacular effect. The villa provides cool, comfortable and light filled holiday accommodation with plenty of well-furnished outside space.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Living space:

The open plan living area extends the full width of the villa and comprises at one end, a fully fitted kitchen and at the other a sitting room area. In between the two, the dining space is set up for 8 guests. The kitchen with breakfast bar (and top of the range appliances, including oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher and fridge freezer plus granite worktops), is a well thought out and functional space with a large glass door that open onto outside dining terrace and some lovely views. 

In the sitting area, purpose built houses the TV and audio set up. A large L shaped sofa is positioned to provide separation from the kitchen/dining area and to enjoy the views.

A utility area is equipped with a washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms:

There are four bedrooms at the property; a double with en-suite shower room on the ground floor and 3 further bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) on the first floor. All the first floor bedrooms are en-suite and have sea view balconies.

Outside the villa:

Large glass doors from the living space open onto the poolside terrace which is furnished with cushioned sun loungers, parasols, lounge seating and a dining table which seats 8 guests. A large private infinity pool sits at the front of the property and has an incorporated jacuzzi with shelf seating.

Location:

The ever popular Kalamar Beach Club (with its restaurant facilities, water sports and diving school) is just a 10 minute walk away.

The nearest restaurants and supermarket are around 10 minutes’ walk away and Kalkan town centre is a 20-25 minute walk. Taxis are plentiful and very reasonably priced.

Points to note:

• WiFi internet connection is provided
• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• Pool dimensions are approximately 9.5 metres x 3.5 metres (1.7 metres deep)
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (ie – if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
