Elmas apartment is a new, luxurious and spacious 3-bedroom apartment within the popular Elif development that offers as much space as some private villas. One of its main attributes is its own large pool and sun terrace for sole use. It's very well presented and is conveniently situated, being just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Kalkan and a few minutes' walk away from the nearest supermarket.

Set out over two floors which provide a generous amount of living space, the accommodation is contemporary in style and comprises the following:

Ground Floor:

Large open plan kitchen, dining area and living area. The kitchen features granite work surfaces and is extremely well-equipped with modern fitted appliances including large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and extractor and microwave.

The dining table seats up to 6 guests. Doors from this area lead out onto the spacious pool terrace and outdoor dining area.

The living area has a comfortable L-shaped sofa plus flat-screen TV and DVD player.

Two of the apartment's three bedrooms are located on this level - a spacious double with direct access to the pool terrace and a twin. These bedrooms have use of a separate shower room on the same level.

Upper Floor:

The third bedroom (the master) is located on this floor. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room plus a furnished balcony overlooking the pool.

Outside the apartment:

The apartment features a large private pool and sun terrace for sole use of the occupants of this property. The terrace is furnished with ample cushioned sun-loungers and parasols. The terrace has lovely mountain views across the olive groves that surround the property. An al-fresco dining area (seating 6) plus a BBQ are provided.

The centre of Kalkan is an approximate 10 minute walk away and a large supermarket is just a few minutes' walk.
