Villa Gogen is a substantial house in a much sought-after location, and provides an ideal retreat for both couples and families with teenage children as, whilst it's secluded and tranquil, it's also very close to all the amenities that Kalkan has to offer.

Numerous restaurants, cafes and shops can be found just a few minutes’ walk away via properly made-up roads with no steep hills or dirt-tracks to negotiate.

For the beach-lovers among you, The Indigo Beach Club is approximately 8 minutes' walk away and Kalkan's harbour (with free water taxi services to a variety of other beach clubs around the bay including Palm Beach Club and the Mahal Beach Club), is within 10 minutes walk. In addition, the Yali Beach Club and Kalkan's lovely pebbly beach are also approximately 10 minutes' walk away.

The villa enjoys great sea views over Kalkan bay and is beautifully furnished and stylishly decorated.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

This floor houses a split-level and open-plan room which is divided into a comfortable living area with TV/DVD, CD player ad iPod docking station and a dining area with steps up to a fully-fitted kitchen which has modern appliances including washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and ice machine. 

Sliding doors lead out onto the villa’s pool terrace with it’s wonderful sea views.

This floor also has a bedroom with twin beds and en-suite shower room. 

First floor:

A spacious double master bedroom, with en-suite shower room, is situated at the front of the house and this bedroom has a balcony with great sea views.

Two further double bedrooms can be found on this floor, each with en-suite shower room. These two bedrooms share a balcony that looks over the garden to the rear of the house.

An additional balcony can be found on this floor which is accessed via a door on the landing.

Outside the villa:

The villa has an oval-shaped pool (approximately 6 metres x 3 metres and a constant depth of 1.5 metres), al-fresco dining area, built in stone BBQ. The centre of Kalkan is less than 8 minutes’ walk away.

Points to note:

• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• WiFi internet connection is provided
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• A safe is provided for guests’ use
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out roughly every 3rd or 4th day, therefore, if staying for 1 week, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be provided. If staying for 2 weeks, you will receive x3 cleans and linen changes during your stay
• Please note that owing to the height of the balustrades on the balconies and the width in between them, this property is unsuitable for young children
