The Penthouse, Harbour Heights is a unique, luxurious, duplex apartment with a choice of two beautiful pools and unrivalled views across the bay. This property has the feel of a detached villa and yet is situated just 1km from the harbour and the town centre. The chic Zest Beach Club is a short walk away, as is the popular Palm Beach Club. Both have restaurant facilities and water-taxi services across to Kalkan harbour.

The Penthouse is approached down a flight of steps leading to the loveliest pool area complete with a delightful garden that has been landscaped with rare trees and shrubs, providing a charming backdrop to the pool and sun terrace. There is a shaded area furnished for relaxing and dining and a full-size gas barbecue is provided.

Entering the apartment at the ground floor level, the living room is accessed by a long hallway. The guest bathroom and two good sized bedrooms, a double and a twin, both with en suite shower rooms, lead off it. The double bedroom has its own access to the balcony and both have sea views. The twin can be configured as a double bed if required. 

The living space beyond is airy, light and spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating, a dining table which seats 8 and a flat screen TV with English-speaking channels, Blu Ray DVD player and a sound system. Full-length windows on two sides offer unobstructed views of the harbour and bay. The wrap-around balcony is equipped with a smaller dining table and soft seating, ideal for breakfasting al fresco.

The open plan kitchen stores a range of Bosch appliances including a fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven and microwave. A separate ice maker and water cooler are also provided. Keen cooks will find every kitchen aid they could wish for.

The stunning master bedroom suite on the upper floor deserves a special mention.  This enormous living space encompasses the entire upper level and is furnished with a sumptuous 7’ Emperor size bed facing the sea.  Its 45m2 roof terrace is furnished with a shaded soft seating area and a dining table to seat 8, with a second full- size barbecue and fridge.

Below The Penthouse, the gorgeous infinity pool and lounging areas at Harbour Heights, shared with just two other apartments, are at your disposal and enjoy the same uninterrupted sea views as the balconies above it.

• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change
• The twin bedroom can be configured as a double if required. Please notify us in advance of your arrival (giving at least 4 days' notice) if you would like this bedroom prepared as a double
