Villa Nergis is a four-bedroomed detached villa located along the Kalamar Road, approximately 12-15 minutes walk from the centre of Kalkan village.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

Open plan living / dining / kitchen area. The living area is comfortably furnished and has a TV & DVD player and the kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer and washing machine.

First Floor:

Two double bedrooms with en-suite facilities – each bedroom has access to a spacious shared balcony with beautiful views over Kalamar Bay.

Second Floor:

One double bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and en-suite shower / wet room. This room has access to a large balcony that has views of both Kalamar and Kalkan bays.

One twin bedroom with an en-suite bath/shower room. This room has a Juliet balcony with views towards Kalkan.

Third Floor:

This floor comprises a spacious roof terrace with amazing views and is equipped with a sink and a fridge, table & chairs and sunloungers and a parasol.

Outside the villa:

A large freshwater pool for sole use and spacious sunbathing terrace with sunloungers and parasols. There is also a dining table and chairs for al-fresco meals as well as a stone BBQ.

Pool towels are provided for guests' use.

Prices shown are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests = 8).
