We are delighted to add Villa Sapphire to our collection of quality villas in Kalkan. The villa was subject to a complete renovation programme in the spring of 2015 and the end result is an elegant four bedroom holiday villa will stunning views over Kalkan bay and the town.

Combining a clean and modern design with its idyllic location, Villa Sapphire is only a fifteen minute stroll or five minute drive to the winding, cobbled streets of central Kalkan.

Villa Sapphire enjoys private surroundings as unlike many others on the hillside, the villa has no overlooking neighbours and no buildings directly in front of it, providing uninterrupted views from all levels and is completely enclosed with stone walls and a gate.

Bright and spacious, Villa Sapphire comfortably accommodates up to eight people and has been designed and the accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

Broad open-plan living room and kitchen area opens out onto the swimming pool terrace - simply slide away the glass doors to create a huge open space.

The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped for self-catering and includes appliances such as oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The comfortable living area has a flat screen TV with DVD player. The TV has over 80 English-speaking channels, including Sky Sports and Sky Movies.

A double bedroom is located on this floor - this bedroom has direct access onto the pool terrace, together with an en-suite shower room.

A separate WC is also provided on this floor.

First floor:

There are three bedrooms on this floor - the master bedroom with large balcony and en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a further double bedroom with Juliet balcony and en-suite shower room.

Second floor:

There is a shower room on this level, together with a utility area with washing machine, iron and ironing board, sink and drinks fridge.  Access to roof terrace with hot tub (which is large enough to accommodate 8 people), a comfortable seating area with sofa and large bean bags.

Outside the villa:

The villa has an infinity-edged pool with roman-style steps for easy access. The pool dimensions are approximately 7 metres x 6 metres and  1.5 metres deep.

Ample sun loungers and parasols are provided, together with two hammocks and a gas BBQ. An al-fresco dining area seats 8 and there's also a comfortable seating area.

There is a games room accessible via the pool terrace containing a table-tennis table.

Villa Sapphire has two roof terraces both with great views of Kalkan. One of the terraces has a hot tub (which is large enough to accommodate 8 people, a comfortable seating area with sofa and large bean bags. The second terrace is furnished with wooden chairs and a drinks table.

Point to note:

• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• There is a new corner shop just a 2 minute walk away which will deliver fresh bread etc daily if requested
• Table tennis is provided
• A gas BBQ is provided
• WiFi internet connection is provided
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• Hairdryers are provided for guests' use
• A safe is provided (large enough to accommodate laptops)
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis - ie, if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change. Additional cleaning and linen changes can be arranged on request and extra charges will apply
• The gardens and pool are tended to daily

Prices are per villa, per week (maximum number of guests - 8).

Pool heating available at an additional cost of £100 per week - this needs to be pre-booked with at least 7 days' notice.
