We are delighted to add Villa Sarafin to our portfolio for the 2023 season. A beautifully maintained semi-detached 4-bedroom villa in a sought-after and peaceful location, and only an 8-minute walk to Kalkan’s old town.

This stylish property has wonderful sea views and is close to the prestigious Regency Hotel.

This spacious property would suit families or a group of friends.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

The villa is accessed down a few steps from street level and the entrance door opens into a spacious open plan living area.  

The living area has a large L-shaped sofa set around a coffee table with TV and sliding doors open out onto the pool terrace.

The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and water cooler.  

There is a dining table which seats 8 comfortably and a further set of sliding doors with access to the pool terrace.

There is also a guest WC by the entrance door and the washing machine is situated in the cupboard under the stairs, together with an iron, ironing board and airer guests’ use.

First floor:

The first floor has two bedrooms; the first of which is a double with en-suite shower room. Within the room is a wardrobe and dressing table with stool.  Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with a table and two chairs from which to enjoy the sea views.

The second bedroom on this floor is a twin with an en-suite shower room and within the room, a wardrobe and dressing table with stool. Sliding doors lead to a private L-shaped balcony with two chairs and a table overlooking the mountains on one side and the Bay of Kalkan below.

Second floor:

The master bedroom takes up this whole floor.  There is a dressing table with stool and built-in wardrobes within the room, with a an armchair and an en-suite shower room.  Sliding doors lead to the L-shaped balcony that can be accessed on either side with views of the mountains and Kalkan Bay below.

Second floor / roof terrace:

Under the high eaves is a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room.  Within the room are built in wardrobes and a dressing table with stool. A glass door leads to the roof terrace with a table and four dining chairs from which to enjoy the panoramic views.

Outside the villa:

The large L-shaped pool has integral steps with 8 sun loungers with parasols spaced around the pool.

There is also a dining table with 8 chairs and a built-in BBQ to enjoy al-fresco dining. 

Points to note:

• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• WiFi internet access is provided for guests' use
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided - therefore, if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change

Prices are for the villa per week (not per person). Maximum number of guests = 8.
