Villa Waterfall I is a striking building positioned at the top of Kalkan in the Kızıltaş area. The villa was named owing to the waterfall feature that has been incorporated into its design; flowing water cascades from the roof terrace down to the ground floor where it meets the large infinity pool (please note, that following the proposed addition of a Jacuzzi pool, the waterfall feature may be altered or removed for the 2021 season).

The interior of the villa is open-plan, light and spacious. The open-plan living room and kitchen on the ground floor are flooded by light from a double-storey window which frames the view over the pool terrace perfectly.

Large sliding doors open out onto a spacious pool terrace with an infinity pool. This terrace is ideal for enjoying a BBQ with wonderful sea and mountain views and ample space is provided for dining, soaking up the sun or lounging on the swing chair.

The villa has 5 en-suite bedrooms, one on the ground floor and four on the upper floors. A sweeping marble and iron spiral staircase connects the upper floors to the ground floor level.

One of the villa's best features is the master bedroom on the top floor, which leads out the roof terrace which is complete with a plunge pool and panoramic views. 

The accommodation and layout are as follows:

Ground floor:

Open plan kitchen area - the kitchen includes a range of appliances such as fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas hob and water dispenser.

Open plan living area - comfortable seating, TV and dining table to seat 10 guests.

Bedroom 1 - double bed with sea view and en-suite facilities. Access to pool terrace.

First floor:

Bedroom 2 - double with sea view balcony and en-suite facilities.

Bedroom 3 - double with sea view balcony and en-suite facilities.

Bedroom 4 - twin with sea view balcony and en-suite facilities.

Second floor:

Bedroom 5 - master double with en-suite facilities and access to roof terrace featuring plunge pool. Far reaching-sea views. A sofa set and 2 sunloungers are provided.

Outside the villa:

Spacious terrace featuring sunbathing areas and a private pool (a Jacuzzi pool may be added to this terrace for the 2021 season). An al-fresco dining table is provided, as are 6 sunloungers, a comfortable seating area, a swing seat and table tennis.

Points to note:

• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• WiFi internet access is provided
• The walk into the town centre is downhill all the way - this means that it's uphill on the way back, so a taxi home is a good idea
