We are very happy to include Villa Karma within our portfolio of luxury villas in the prestigious Kormurluk district of Kalkan.

Formerly known as Villa Watercolours, Villa Karma is under recent new ownership and is located just to the east of the harbour and town beach. The property offers the most spectacular uninterrupted views across Kalkan bay towards the town.

Several beach clubs (including Zest, Palm and Denizim are within a few minutes walk.

Set out over three floors, this elegant villa is laid out as follows:

Living area:

Open plan living and kitchen area with double glass doors which open out to the pool terrace.

The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and large flat-screen TV and DVD player.

The kitchen is well-equipped and includes dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine and toaster plus a breakfast bar.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Double bed with en-suite (shower plus bathtub)

Bedroom 2: Double bed with en-suite (shower)

Bedroom 3: Twin beds with en-suite (shower plus bathtub)

Bedroom 4: Twin beds with en-suite (shower)

Bedroom 5: Double bed with en-suite (shower)

*Please note: the villa will have 4 bedrooms until middle of October 2022 (and will therefore accommodate a maximum of 8 people in 2 doubles and 2 twins). From the middle of October 2022, 5 bedrooms will be available (so the villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 people in 3 doubles and 2 twins). 

Outside the villa:

The villa benefits from having a generously-sized pool terrace furnished with sun-loungers and parasols.

The terrace gets plenty of sun throughout the day and is in the perfect position for enjoying the spectacular sunsets that this area of Kalkan is renowned for.

A table and chairs are provided under a shaded area for alfresco dining, along with a built-in BBQ. A comfortable seating area is also positioned at the front of the pool terrace overlooking the sea.

• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• WiFi internet connection is provided
• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• Local beach clubs (Palm, Zest and Denizim) are a few minutes' walk away
• Kalkan town beach is approximately 7 minutes' walk away
• Kalkan Old Town is approximately 10 minutes' walk away
• Pool dimensions are approximately 8 metres x 4 metres x 1.75 metres deep
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• A safe is provided
• Shopping deliveries can be made on request
• The pools and gardens are maintained daily
• Weekly cleaning and linen changes (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
