We are delighted to add 'The Hideaway' at Eagle's Nest Apartments to our portfolio for the 2024 season.

The Hideaway offers incredible views across Kalkan Bay to the islands and is set just above the famous hotel, Villa Mahal.

The apartment has its own private access with external stairs leading to the large shared pool terrace.

Set over one floor with 2 double bedrooms and a large living area with its own covered terrace, this apartment provides comfortable and elegant accommodation for up to 4 guests.  

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Entrance level:

There are two ways to access The Hideaway; one via the main Eagles Nest development entrance and the other is at the end of a private access road. At this entrance, The Hideaway has its own outdoor space complete with a swing sofa and two sun loungers with a parasol and side table. Uninterrupted sea views can be enjoyed from this vantage point. A few steps lead up to the apartment's glass entrance door which gives direct access into the living area.

The living room has an L-shaped sofa with two armchairs spaced around a coffee table plus a Smart TV. The picture windows offer spectacular sea views across Kalkan Bay.

Behind the sofa is a round stone topped dining table with 4 ornate metal chairs.

Sliding doors provide access to the private covered terrace.

The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob with extractor fan, an electric oven, filter coffee machine, a water cooler, kettle and sandwich toaster.

There are two double bedrooms at either end of the living space.  The first double has two bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe with a wall mounted full length mirror. Picture windows look out over the bay and there are blinds for privacy. Guests using this bedroom have use of a shower room with WC and basin just next door.

The second double bedroom is off the dining area and this has bedside table with a lamp on one side and built in open shelves with books on the other. There is also a large wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Again, a picture window provides wonderful views across the covered terrace to the bay.

Outside the apartment:

On the covered private terrace off the living area, is a dining table to seat 4, plus a comfortable seating set - the perfect spot in which to relax and enjoy the panoramic views with a sundowner. And as previously mentioned, The Hideaway has its own additional outdoor space complete with uninterrupted sea views plus swing sofa, two sun loungers, parasol and side table at the private entrance to the apartment.

There are external steps through a little metal side gate from the covered terrace that lead up to the communal pool area which has lovely sea views. Around the pool, which has ladders to access the water at each end, are sun loungers with parasols.

The centre of Kalkan town is about a 25-minute walk away, or alternatively you could take the Mahal's beach club boat taxi across to the harbour during the day. Road taxis are readily available as well via WhatsApp.

Points to note:

• WiFi internet access is provided
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• A hairdryer is provided in each bedroom
• The apartment is fully air-conditioned
• A full clean and linen change is carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a full mid-stay clean with linen + towel change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no clean)
• Private parking is available at the main entrance to the Eagles Nest development

Prices are for the apartment per week (maximum number of guests - 4).
