We are delighted to add this stylish and elegant 4-bedroom villa to our portfolio for the 2025 season.

Villa Turquoise has been beautifully refurbished throughout with plenty of space for your whole party offering exceptional sea and mountain views from all rooms.  

The villa is only a short walk to a supermarket and cafes nearby on the Kalamar Road and an easy 15-minute walk to the Old Town.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

The property is accessed down a private driveway to a wrought iron gate with steps that lead down to the pool terrace.  The front door is at the back of the villa and opens into an open plan living area.

The well-equipped kitchen has a large fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and water cooler. The breakfast bar has two wicker bar chairs.

The round glass topped dining table comfortably seats 8 guests.

Down a few steps is the spacious living room with a sofa and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table in front of the decorative fireplace with a wall mounted smart TV. There is also a chaise longue with a footstool and under the stairs a desk and chair for guests to use. Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.

There is also a cloakroom with WC and basin.

On this level is a double bedroom with two bedside tables, a dressing table with mirror and a chair plus a wardrobe with mirrored doors.  There is an ensuite shower room with WC, basin and glass doors lead to the pool terrace.

First floor:

On this floor are three bedrooms - the first is a twin room that can be made into a double on request.  The ensuite bathroom has a bath with an integral shower as well as a WC and basin.  Within the room is a small dressing table with a wall mounted mirror and chair as well as two bedside tables, a chest of draws and a wardrobe with glass mirrored doors.  Sliding doors lead to a covered private balcony with two chairs and a table with wonderful sea views.

The second bedroom is a double with two bedside tables, a dressing table with a chair and a built-in wardrobe with glass mirrored doors. There is an en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Through sliding doors is a private covered balcony with two chairs and a table to enjoy the views across Kalamar Bay.

The third bedroom on this floor is the master with two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, two wardrobes with mirrored doors and a dressing table with an armchair.  There is an en-suite shower room with WC and basin.  There are two large picture windows and glass doors lead out to the private balcony that curves around giving fabulous views of the sea and mountains.

Second floor/roof terrace:

At the top of the stairs is a separate cloakroom with WC and basin with a glass door leading out to the roof terrace. 

A beautiful Ottoman seating area under a wooden pergola with cushions and a low table offers the perfect place to relax and take in the panoramic views. 

There are also bean chairs available and a basket with yoga mats and balls.

On the other side of the Ottoman seating is a separate utility room with a sink and a washing machine for guests to use.

Outside the villa:

The freshwater infinity pool is accessed by a ladder at one end and roman steps at the other. 

There are six sun loungers with parasols as well as two daybeds around the pool.  

under a pergola is a peaceful seating area with two wrought iron sofas and two armchairs with comfy cushions from which to enjoy the views across to snake and mouse islands.

Under the shade of the wooden veranda is a dining table with 8 chairs and a built in BBQ to enable your party to enjoy alfresco dining.  

There are also two material chair hammocks and a large L-shaped sofa.

To the side of the villa is a small seating area with two armchairs with footstools and a coffee table.

At the back of the villa is a table tennis table for guests who like to be a bit more energetic.  There is also a free-standing hammock and an outside shower for guests use.

The villa is surrounded by a mature garden and wonderful terracotta pots.

Points to note: 

• A welcome pack is provided for guests on arrival
• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• Wi-Fi internet connection is provided
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• There is a hairdryer provided in each bedroom
• Safes are provided for guests use
• Cleaning and linen changes are on a weekly basis (i.e. - if staying for 2 weeks, there is a mid-stay clean and linen change provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
• The villa has an alarm and key safe
• Rental licence number - 07-????
