We are very happy to add the delightful Villa Moonwater to our collection of stunning villas in the sought-after Komurluk district of Kalkan.

This beautifully-designed 4 bedroom villa offers space and light in abundance, together with an enviable location, just a few minutes’ walk from various beach clubs, including Palm, Denizim and Zest. The centre of Kalkan town and the harbour area lie just a 10-12 minute walk away.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

Open plan, living kitchen and dining area. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus wall-mounted Smart TV.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a full range of modern appliances, including fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher plus a range of utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery.  An island unit provides a space for breakfast. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area to seat 6 guests.

A guest cloak room plus a utility area (housing a washing machine) are located on this level.

First floor:

The first floor of the villa houses two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room, Juliet balcony and fabulous sea views. One of the bedrooms has access to a large balcony with comfortable seating.

Second floor:

The second floor houses a further two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room, Juliet balcony and fabulous sea views. One of the bedrooms features a sky-light above the bed, offering fabulous views of the night sky and the stars.

Outside the villa:

Moonwater has a spacious pool terrace and large pool with graduated steps.

The terrace is furnished with sun-loungers, parasols, a comfortable seating area, BBQ plus a dining table to seat 8 guests.

Points to note:

• No children under 13 years permitted
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• The villa is equipped with a security alarm system
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis, so if staying for 2 weeks, there is one mid-stay clean and linen change (if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
• Pool dimensions are approximately 10 metres x 4 metres x 1.5 metres deep

Prices are per villa, per week (maximum number of guests - 8).
