We are very pleased to add this 5-bedroom villa to our portfolio which is conveniently positioned close to the town centre. The villa offers spacious outside living spaces as well as light and airy interiors. It also has its own pool with Jacuzzi section, table tennis plus a roof terrace with great views and is just a short 10-minute walk to the Old Town with its restaurants, harbour and town beach.

The property is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

The entrance door opens into the open plan living area. The well-equipped kitchen has a built in microwave and electric oven, a gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, water cooler, sandwich toaster, toaster and kettle. The dining table seats 8 guests comfortably and there is table football provided too.  The living area has two comfortable sofas and an armchair spaced around a coffee table, plus a wall mounted Smart TV. Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace. 

Also on this level is a double bedroom with two bedside tables, built in wardrobe, dressing table with stool and en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to the pool terrace.

In addition, there is also a shower room / WC on this floor for guests’ use.

First floor:

This floor is dedicated to three bedrooms. The twin room has a wall mounted TV, built in wardrobe, dressing table with stool and an en-suite shower room. This room has a Juliette balcony with mountain views.

At the front of the villa on this floor are two double bedrooms. The 'Blue' double bedroom has a wall mounted TV, built in wardrobe, dressing table with stool and an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to the shared balcony which is furnished with chairs and side tables with views of the sea across the surrounding roof tops.  

The third bedroom on this floor is the 'Red' double bedroom which has a wall mounted TV, built in wardrobe, dressing table with stool and an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to the above-mentioned shared balcony with partial sea views.

Second floor/ roof terrace:

At the top of the stairs is a glass door leading to the roof terrace allowing separate access from the double bedroom on this level. Within this bedroom is a Jacuzzi bath surrounded by wooden decking and steps for access. There is also a drinks fridge, wall mounted TV, built in wardrobe, dressing table with stool and an en-suite shower room.  Sliding doors lead out to the spacious roof terrace.

On the roof terrace is a pergola with a dining table and 4 chairs. There are also 6 sun loungers to enjoy the late afternoon sunshine with views of the mountains and Kalkan Bay. 

Outside the villa:

The pool has a ladder for access water plus an integral Jacuzzi section. There are six mesh sun loungers with a large parasol on one side of the pool. On the other side of the pool is a covered pergola with a built in BBQ and a large dining table to seat 8-10 to allow your party to enjoy al fresco dining. There is also a comfy sofa set with two armchairs and a coffee table. Along this side of the pool are also two further mesh sun loungers with a parasol.  There is also a double swing seat for guests to relax by the pool.

At the rear of the villa is a mature garden with a grassed area, plus table tennis for those guests who enjoy being a little more energetic! 

The villa is accessed up stone steps from the street below and there is off street parking available.

• WiFi internet connection is provided
• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• A safe is provided for guests' use
• A hairdryer is provided in each room
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• There are external CCTV cameras at the front door and over the open garage
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis, so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change

Prices shown above are for the villa per week (not per person). Maximum number of guests = 10.
