illa Paloma is a brand-new and luxurious villa, that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in four en-suite bedrooms. In an enviable location facing beautiful olive groves, the villa is within a 10 minute walk of the town centre, and the Old Town quarter. Paloma has lovely views at all levels – over local olive groves from the pool terrace/ground floor, and sea and mountain views from the upper floors.

The villa has been beautifully decorated throughout and offers a cool and contemporary interior. A separate self-contained area below houses a gym and media/games room.  

Villa Paloma provides everything you could want for a relaxing holiday, including great outdoor spaces, an extra-large pool with integrated Jacuzzi and shallow pool. 

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

The ground floor consists of a comfortable open plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen/dining area. Full floor to ceiling sliding doors connects with the pool terrace outside.

The lounge houses two comfortable 3-seater sofas and two arm chairs and a flat screen Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen has a large breakfast bar/table with 6 seats, water cooler/dispenser, fridge freezer, built in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and an expresso coffee machine with milk frother.

The washing machine is located in a cupboard under the stairs, along with two drying racks, iron and ironing board.  

A double bedroom with en-suite facilities is also located on this floor.

There is also a guest cloak room / WC on this level.

First floor:

Stairs lead up to the first floor which houses two spacious bedrooms; one double and one twin (the beds in the twin room can be converted into a king size bed if preferred).

Both bedrooms have their own en-suite shower rooms, and private balconies with panoramic views, furnished with coffee table and chairs.

Second floor: 

This level contains the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room. The room has direct access to the private furnished roof terrace, with sea and mountain views, seating area, umbrella, and double size swing seat.

Lower ground floor:

This floor is separately accessed from the main part of the the villa and houses a media room with 64” flat screen smart 4K ultra TV (with IPTV, so you can live stream all your favourite British channels), large speaker, play station console, plus comfortable reclining seats.

There’s also a gym, with treadmill, spinning bike, multi gym, and a selection of weights and a pool table.

Both the media room and the gym are fully air conditioned.

Outside the villa:

Very spacious terrace area and large swimming pool, with integrated Jacuzzi, and shallow area (Roman style steps have been dded to the pool for the 2024 season).

Outside dining area and seating set are each covered with a shady pergola. There are cushioned sun loungers and parasols on the main terrace, plus a single ‘egg’ chair.

A BBQ and table tennis table are located to the side of the terrace.

The pool dimensions are as follows:

Main pool – 11 metres x 5 metres

Jacuzzi pool – 2 metres x 2 metres

Shallow pool – 4 metres x 4 metres

Pool heating is available at additional cost - please ask for current rate at the time of booking.

Points to note:

• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• A welcome pack is provided for guests
• Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided; if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change provided)
• The pool and gardens are tended daily
• Water cooler machine is provided
• Hairdryers are provided (one in each bedroom)
• The coffee machine uses pods – these can be purchased locally in Kalkan
• A safe is provided

Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests - 8).
