Situated some 200 metres up from the water's edge in the fashionable Komurluk area of Kalkan is 5-bedroom Villa Kumanluk, with private pool and one of the best views in Kalkan.

Just 10 – 12 minutes easy walk from the shops, restaurants and Kalkan’s harbour and famous 'Old Town' quarter, the villa offers an ideal combination of convenience, privacy and exclusivity along with "that view".

4 bedrooms are located in the main part of the house and on the first floor of which, you will find the Master suite (Superking bed) a second double bedroom (Kingsize) and a further bedroom with twin beds. On the ground floor is another double bedroom (Superking). Available for larger parties on request is the private studio suite (Superking) which is located under the sea facing terrace and accessed via its own staircase next to the pool (as this bedroom is separately- accessed from the main part of the house, it would be unsuitable for unaccompanied young children. All the double rooms have sea views and the on the first floor share a spacious balcony. In addition to having air-conditioning, each of the main house bedrooms has a ceiling fan. Each of the 5 bedrooms has an en-suite shower room with a luxurious travertine finish.

Also on the ground floor is a spacious open plan living, kitchen dining area looking out onto the pool and the sea. The contemporary kitchen has marble worktops, all Bosch appliances and is well stocked with all the utensils you could need. The living area has a flat screen TV and DVD player plus a WiFi hub suitable for streaming. There is also a downstairs WC for guests’ use.

Of course, most of your waking hours in Kalkan will be spent outside and it is here that Villa Kumanluk plays it's trump card! Large sun terraces in polished travertine offer uninterrupted views across Kalkan bay and it's ever changing vistas. The swimming pool is a step away for cooling off and both the large open sun loungers and plentiful parasols are ready to help protect more sensitive skins. Outside dining is in the shade of a purpose-built canopied pergola with the option of both gas and charcoal barbecues, as well of course as the indoor kitchen hob, oven and microwave. When you're feeling lively then table tennis can be found in the front garden. 

The villa is completely enclosed by its walled garden on the landward side and offers a good degree of privacy considering its proximity to town.

Saturday arrivals / departures are preferred - other arrival / departure dates will be at owner's discretion.
