Villa Kucuk is a beautiful two-bedroom villa in the Ortalaan area of Kalkan, only a 12-15 minute walk downhill into town.

Bursting with character and charm, the villa is set within a mature garden with spectacular pink bougainvillea as a backdrop to the courtyard style pool terrace.

The property is set over two floors and offers plenty of outside space for a family or friends to enjoy, or a romantic setting if there's just the two of you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

The property is entered through an arched gate off the side street.  The entrance door leads into the open plan living area with traditional features including wonderful travertine tiles, wrought iron and wooden beams and doors.

The living room has a sofa and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table plus a wall mounted TV that has an Amazon Firestick.

The well-equipped and newly-renovated kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, small fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and water cooler. 

The first double bedroom has a king-sized bed and is accessed through arched double wooden doors. Within the room is a wardrobe, dressing table with stool and a small armchair with stool. Glass doors lead out to the pool terrace. Guests using this bedroom have use of the sleek new shower room (with twin basins) located across the kitchen.

Lower ground floor:

Wooden steps lead down to the Master bedroom with a super king-sized bed and en-suite shower room. Within the room is a wardrobe, dressing table with a stool and a built in L-shaped sofa with cushions and a picture window. The glass door leads out to the private garden patio. Under the olive tree are two chairs and a side table within the mature garden.

There is a separate utility room off the patio that has a large fridge freezer and a washing machine for guests to use.

Outside the villa:

The freshwater pool is accessed via a ladder and is approximately 4.3 metres by 5.2 metres and 1.5 metres deep.

To one side of the pool are two sun loungers with a parasol and a comfy seating area with a sofa and two armchairs set around a coffee table.

To the side of the villa are a further two sun loungers with spectacular mountain views, plus a parasol.

There is also a dining table that seats 6 comfortably and a built in BBQ for those who enjoy alfresco dining.

Points to note:

• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• The pool and gardens are tended to daily
• A weekly clean and linen change is provided – therefore, if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change (additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost if required and with notice)
