Villa JoJo is a stylish property in Kiziltas, close to the Samira Hotel. Set in an elevated position in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, the villa has views of Kalkan Bay and the islands from the first and second floors. The centre of Kalkan is only a 10-15 minute walk away downhill.

This property was recently refurbished to a high standard and offers a contemporary feel with plenty of space for guests over three floors.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground Floor:

The entrance door leads into an open plan living area with a cloakroom by the front door as well as a laundry room through a glass opaque door with a washing machine, iron and ironing board for guests' use.

The living area has a large L-shaped sofa with a coffee table and wall mounted Smart TV. There is also a dining table that seats 6 guests comfortably and sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.

The sleek fully fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, built in microwave and electric oven, electric hob with extractor fan, water cooler, kettle and toaster.

First floor:

This floor has two double bedrooms – the first bedroom has an en-suite shower room through an opaque glass door. Within the room are wardrobes and a dressing table with chair. Sliding doors lead out to the shared covered balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a side table from which to enjoy the views across Kalkan and out over the bay.

The second double bedroom has sliding opaque glass doors to access the en-suite shower room. Within the room is a wardrobe and dressing table with chair. Sliding doors lead out to the shared balcony as mentioned above.

Second floor/ roof terrace:

This floor has a large twin bedroom that can be made into a double on request. Set under the eaves to one side of the room is a dressing table with chair and a wardrobe. The en-suite shower room has glass opaque walls and as with all the bathrooms in the villa, the lights are automatically switched on when the door is opened. 

The villa’s roof terrace is accessed via a glass door from this bedroom and is furnished with two chairs and a side table from which to enjoy the panoramic views of the mountains and across to Mouse and Snake islands in the bay. 

Outside the villa:

The villa has a split-level terrace with a few steps leading down to the pool. The first terrace has an outside seating area with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table and large parasol.

The pool has Roman steps for access and there are 6 sun loungers with side tables and parasols spaced around it. Under the pergola is a dining table with 6 chairs as well as a portable BBQ to enable your party to enjoy alfresco dining. There is also a sink with a marble surround and an outside drinks fridge for your convenience.

• WiFi internet connection is provided
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• There is a safe for guests' use
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (ie – if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
• There is a CCTV camera outside the front door
