We are delighted to add Villa Elis to our portfolio which is located just off the Kalamar Road near the Elixir Hotel, so just a 15 minute walk in to town.

The villa is a newly built semi-detached property with 3 en-suite bedrooms and has been beautifully furnished with wonderful views across the olive groves in front of the property and from the bedrooms, glorious views across to Kalkan Bay.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor (entrance level):

The front door opens onto a spacious open plan living space.  The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob with extractor, electric oven, sandwich toaster and kettle.  There is a dining table that seats 6 comfortably and a glass door leads from the kitchen to the pool terrace.

The living room has a large Smart TV, two sofas and an armchair spaced around a coffee table.  Sliding doors lead on to the pool terrace. 

There is a separate cloakroom on this level and a washing machine in the cupboard by the front door for guests’ use.

First floor:

There are two bedrooms on this floor; a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, wardrobes, dressing table and stool.  A glass door leads out to the private balcony overlooking the olive groves.

The large double bedroom on this level has wardrobes, a dressing table with stool and an en-suite shower room.  There is a Juliette balcony with views across the olive groves to the bay beyond.

Second floor/roof terrace:

The master bedroom is on this floor is built into the eaves and has wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a dressing table with stool and an en-suite shower room.  Sliding doors lead out to the roof terrace with two chairs and a coffee table, as well as two mesh sun loungers and a parasol to enjoy the views across to Kalkan Bay.

Outside the villa:

The good-sized pool has a ladder at one end for access.  A dining table with 6 chairs is set under a pergola and there is a portable BBQ for alfresco dining.

There are six mesh sun loungers with two side tables and two parasols placed around the pool.  

There is also another pergola with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table to enjoy the views across the olive groves - a tranquil space in which to relax and unwind.

As this property is at the end of the row, it enjoys a spacious terrace and gardens while offering privacy as well.

• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• The property also has off road parking and a supermarket near by
• Cleaning and linen changes are provided on a weekly basis – if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change

Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests - 6).
