We are delighted to add Lebi Derya in the Saneil Complex to our portfolio for this season.

The apartment has a large private balcony with sea views and is one of 15 apartments within the ‘Saneil’ complex sharing a large double teardrop shaped pool with a central palm tree and roman steps providing easy access into the water.  There is also a separate children’s pool.  

Around the pool are sun loungers with parasols and a poolside shower for guests’ use.

The centre of Kalkan town is just a 15-minute stroll away with the Elixir Hotel just below, together with a selection of restaurants and supermarkets on the nearby ‘Kalamar Road’.

The accommodation at Lebi Derya is all on one level in the third block on the first floor.

Through the entrance door is the sitting room with a sofa under a wonderful half-moon window offering views across Kalkan and Kalamar Bays.  There is also a coffee table and armchair as well as a small flat screen TV.  A glass door gives access to the balcony.

There is also a separate shower room with a WC and basin for guests using the twin room down the hall.

The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, water cooler, gas hob with extractor fan, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.  Within the kitchen is a round dining table with 4 chairs and windows looking out over Kalkan towards the sea.

Down the corridor is the first bedroom - a twin with a wardrobe and dressing table and stool. Across from the bedroom are glass doors leading to the balcony with a dining table with 6 chairs and two comfy chairs with a parasol.

The double bedroom has an en-suite shower and within the room a wardrobe, dressing table with stool and views through the windows of Kalamar Bay.

• WiFi internet access is provided
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• A hairdryer is provided in the master bedroom
• The apartment is fully air-conditioned
• A safe is provided for guests' use
• A 'full' cleaning and linen change is carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a 'full' mid-stay clean with linen + towel change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is a towel change mid-stay, but bed linen is not changed)
• A fold out 'Z' bed can be added for a 5th guest if required

Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests - 5).
