We are delighted to add Villa Vista Mare to our portfolio which has recently been refurbished to a high standard offering stylish interiors and a beautiful, landscaped garden on two levels with sea views and only a 7-minute walk into the Old Town.

The property is laid out over four floors offering family or friends plenty of space to relax with two kitchens and two living rooms,

This traditional yellow house offers contemporary sophistication whilst also retaining the charm of the original building with wrought iron and wooden balustrades with tiled floors inside and terracotta pots with a wrought iron and wooden garden furniture outside.

The villa is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

A few steps from the street through a metal gate, lead down to the front door on the top terrace.

In the entrance hallway are stone stairs with wrought iron and wood banisters leading to the floors above and below. Straight ahead the door leads into an open plan living area with a sofa and armchair spaced around a coffee table with a decorative fireplace and small Smart TV. There are sliding doors to the front of the living room and dining area that lead to two Juliette balconies offering views across the olive grove beyond the garden and Kalkan Bay. Sliding doors off the side of the living room lead out to the top terrace with an outside dining table that seats 8 guests comfortably with a parasol and a charcoal barbeque to enjoy al fresco dining. External stone steps lead down to the pool terrace as well.

The oval dining table seats 6 guests with a well-equipped galley kitchen just behind it. There is a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob with an extractor fan, water cooler, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

First floor:

This whole level is dedicated to the master bedroom.

Within the room is a large double bed with two side tables with bedside lights and a cosy armchair by the picture window. A dressing table with a chair has two balconies on either side through French doors with two chairs to enjoy the sea views across the roof tops. There are also two large built-in wardrobes with a full-length mirror on one of the inside doors. The ensuite shower room with WC and basin is accessed through a glass door off the bedroom.

There is also a separate shower room off this landing with a WC and basin which is for the guests using the top floor double bedroom, as well as a door leading to a back balcony with views of the garden below.

Second floor / roof terrace:

Under low eaves is the second double bedroom with two side tables with bedside lights and a half dresser with a wall mounted mirror. One side of the room is all glass with a door leading out to the pool terrace, offering wonderful vistas.

On the roof terrace is a sofa and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table to make the most of the panoramic views across Kalkan to the bay.

Lower ground floor:

At the bottom of the steps, is the shower room with WC and basin for the double bedroom just across the hall. Within the room is a dressing table with wall mounted mirror and stool and built in wardrobes and shelves. Glass doors lead out to the pool terrace with garden views.

The second living room and kitchenette is on this floor offering a breakfast bar with 3 stools, a drinks fridge, and a kettle so guests can make beverages to take out onto the pool terrace. The living room has a large sofa and wooden chair spaced around a coffee table with a large smart TV. Glass doors lead out to the pool terrace.

Annex bedroom:

Through glass sliding doors from the pool terrace, is the twin bedroom with a dressing table and stool, built in wardrobes and an ensuite shower room with WC and basin. As this room is separately accessed from the rest of the property, it is not suitable for young children.

Outside the villa:

The freshwater pool is accessed via roman steps with 6 sun loungers spaced around it with 3 side tables and two parasols.

Under the trees on the far side of the pool, is a comfortable seating area with two metal sofas and two armchairs with a coffee table to relax and enjoy the garden.

Points to note:

• Pool towels are provided for guests' use.
• The freshwater pool is approximately 7 meters long by 3.5 meters wide, and 1.6 meters deep.
• Please note a welcome pack is not provided at this property.
• Wi-Fi internet connection is provided.
• The villa is fully air-conditioned.
• Cleaning and linen changes are conducted on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
