Villa Teshir is a newly refurbished stone villa with wooden shuttered windows offering 2 ensuite bedrooms in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, just above the Kalamar Road, with fabulous sea views and only a 7-minute walk into town.
The property is accessed through a metal gate at street level and then there are staggered steps that lead up to the front door. These also go past the lower terraced garden with fruit trees and a table with chairs to enjoy the sea and mountain views.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
As you come through the wooden front door to the side of the villa, you enter the light and airy living room with two sofas and two armchairs arranged around a coffee table with a smart TV with a firestick for guests use.
The beautiful, teal-coloured tiles and black marble tops in the well-equipped kitchen is through the hallway offering fabulous views while you prepare a meal. Within the kitchen is a large fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, water cooler, toaster and kettle. Next to the kitchen is a round glass dining table with 4 elegant chairs. There is also an armchair to relax in as well.
Glass doors on this floor give access to the pool terrace and covered outside seating area.
A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor.
First floor:
There are two bedrooms on this level – the twin room to the right can be made into a double on request. Within the room are two wrought iron single beds with a side table with a decorative lamp. There is also a fitted wardrobe and a chest of draws with a mirror and an armchair. The windows look out to the bay and the side window looks out onto the olive groves. The ensuite shower room has a wet room style shower with a stone basin and WC.
The double bedroom to the left has a wrought iron poster bed with an ensuite wet room style shower with a stone basin and WC. Within the room is a built-in wardrobe, dressing table with a stool and an armchair to relax in. The front windows look out over Kalkan Bay and the side window looks over the pool terrace and gardens.
The landing between the bedrooms has a glass door leading to the 'kosk style' covered balcony with a U-shaped sofa with decorative cushions.
Outside the villa:
The freshwater pool is to the side of the villa and accessed by roman steps. There are 4 sun loungers with side tables and 2 parasols next to it. Under a wooden pergola is a comfortable dining area with a rattan cushioned sofa and two armchairs. There is also a built in BBQ to enjoy al-fresco dining.
Under the covered eves is also a wrought iron sofa and two chairs with a coffee table to take in the panoramic sea views.
