We are delighted to add Villa Olivia to our portfolio for the 2024 season.

This property is a beautifully maintained 4-bedroom villa in a sought-after and peaceful location just above the Old Town, so only a few minutes’ walk to the restaurants and bars that Kalkan is famous for. 

This stylish property is full of character and has been thoughtfully and beautifully furnished with antique and bespoke pieces that enhance the rooms and hallways.

The villa would suit families or a group of friends and has wonderful sea views from its balconies and roof terrace. 

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

Steps from the street above lead through metal gates down to the villa with the entrance door at the rear of the villa.  The large open plan living area has a comfortable living room with two sofas and an armchair spaced around a coffee table. The Smart TV has a Firestick and sliding doors open out onto the pool terrace.

The well-equipped kitchen has a large fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave, electric hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.  A second tap by the kitchen sink supplies filtered drinking water.

There is also a dining table within the kitchen area that seats 8 comfortably.

A cloakroom/WC for guests’ use can also be found on this floor and there’s a washing machine as well as an iron and ironing board within that room.

First floor:

This level has two bedrooms; a spacious double with an en-suite shower room. Within the room is a wardrobe, bedside tables and a chest of drawers with a wall mounted mirror.  Sliding doors lead out on to the private covered balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a table from which to enjoy the sea views.

Next door is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. This bedroom can be configured as a double on request. Within the room is a wardrobe and bedside tables, as well as a chest of drawers and a wall mounted mirror. Sliding doors lead out on to a private covered balcony with two chairs and a table overlooking Kalkan bay towards the islands.

Second floor:

The Master bedroom occupies this whole floor.  This suite has a living area with a small sofa bed* and chair plus an en-suite shower room.  On the other side of the double bed is a second bathroom with a bath and integral shower. Within the room is a wardrobe and chest of drawers. There are 3 balconies; one to the side of the property and two covered balconies with table and chairs to in which to relax and take in the wonderful sea views.

Third floor / roof terrace:

At the top of the stairs, under high eaves, is a small double bedroom which can be configured as a twin on request. There is an en-suite shower room and within the bedroom, a wardrobe and dressing table with stool.  Sliding doors lead out onto the roof terrace.

To one side of the roof terrace is a pergola that shades a large Jacuzzi bath plus a day bed.  On the other side, is a parasol with a swing seat – the perfect spot in which to relax and take in the panoramic views of the town below and the bay beyond.

Outside the villa:

The freshwater pool has steps within the pool for access. These circle around a wooden platform before opening up into the rest of the pool. There are eight sun loungers with parasols spaced around the pool. There is also a rattan dining table with eight chairs set beneath a pergola as well as a stone-built BBQ to enable guests to enjoy al-fresco dining. A seating area is also provided at the rear of the villa.

Points to note:

• *The sofabed in the Master bedroom can be used for 1 or 2 small children (it's not suitable for adults)
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• WiFi internet access is provided for guests' use
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided - therefore, if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change
• There is a safe for guests’ use
• There are external CCTV cameras over the entrance points for this property
